Best in class Pediwear shoes
Have just received my two pairs of Loake shoes from Pediwear. The service is truly outstanding! The staff was very helpful and polite. The parcel arrived very fast and I am absolutely satisfied with Pediwear as always when I place an order with them. Can't wait to make another purchase!

Fast delivery, excellent service, perfect shoes.
Parcel arrived quickly. Was able to track it online. The shoes were perfect, and came with free shoe horns and laces. They fit me perfectly. Customer service was amazing- nice letter thanking me for my purchase accompanied the shoes.

Pediwear has been very good about shipping the shoes I bought into the United States. They offer good discounts and the non-vat prices are very affordable, much cheaper than here in the States. I will continue to use them to buy good quality English made shoes.

The Loake club 15% discount keeps me coming back
I've ordered three pairs of shoes from Pediwear and everything has worked as expected.
A big plus is the Loake Club. After buying the first pair of Loake shoes, you get 15% discount on ALL Loake shoes going forward. This widens the gap further between Pediwear's prices on Loake vs. retail prices in my country - so it's a no-brainer to shop from there.
The only negative is the ugly website and low quality pictures. However, you can check the shoes at other websites (such as Herring Shoes) and just place the order at Pediwear.

Room for improvement
Delivery was not as speedy as from the other UK online shoe stores I have made purchases from. The pictures of the shoes could also be improved. I bought some shoes that looked very good from the angle the one photo was taken from .But when I put them on I did not like the shape of them at all. The range of shoes offered is probably what is best about Pidiwear.

Thank you for leaving a review. I agree that some of our styles require more images - and this is something we have been working on. Where possible, all new styles are now being photographed professionally to obtain four views of each shoe. Unfortunately having such a large range it will take some time for this to be extended across the whole site, but we are working towards this.
The particular brand you bought offer up to 20 new styles each season often with up to 3 different colours. Unfortunately we are not able to stock all of these and this can leave us short on images - as we have to rely on what the manufacturer makes available - which is usually just one shot.
Another function of offering such a wide range is that not all items are held in stock at our warehouse - some we know are available at short notice from the manufacturer so we offer those for sale too - and this was the case with the shoes you ordered.
With regard to your delivery time - I note that you placed your order on the evening of 15th April and we advised you on 16th April that we would expect your delivery to take 6 - 8 working days. It was despatched on the 18th, so should have easily made that original prediction. If you receive the order later than 8 working days please let me know so we can look into this for you.
I hope we can retain your custom the next time you are considering ordering some footwear - if the shoes you are interested in have only one image we can try arrange for more to be taken before you place your order.

Good packing and timely shipping
Goods are arrived timely and safely but sent to the wrong address. Although I have mistakenly selected to ship to billing address during the order process, I have emailed CS and asked to change the shipping address. To my surprise, my request was not followed and the products were sent to my home instead of office.

Word Perfect/Shoe Perfect
I have recently purchased a shoe from Pediware and I can wholeheartedly vouch for their professionalism and exemplary service. The descriptions were word perfect and when I received the shoe it was a case of shoe perfect. Time from putting in the order to delivery was 5 days and this is from UK to Australia.
The packaging was perfect and shoe arrived intact.

Excellent service. more than I expected
I ordered a pair of Loake Mitchum from Pediwear. I got exactly what I ordered within the time specified (shipped to Japan). I received a silk tie as a complimentary gift, which is what influenced my purchase from this company. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a tin of shoe polish and a shoe horn had been included as extras (more than what I expected). Excellent service; I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very pleased with these shoes.
My husband is diabetic and always chooses his shoes carefully to ensure comfort.
It is becoming more and more difficult to find good leather soled shoes in the high street, but of course, buying them on line means that you can't be sure of the fit until they arrive.
These shoes come in half sizes, and are a perfect fit, and we will certainly be ordering them again. The quality of them is excellent. He ordered two pairs and loves them both.
They might seem a little expensive, but these shoes are built to last and will be repairable so actually represent good value for money.
He was particularly pleased to receive a note in the boxes saying that the packer hoped he was pleased with them.
