Super bouncy and excellent quality trampoline
Service was fantastic, our order arrived very quickly.
We love this trampoline, had it a few months now and can't keep the children off it. A great size for young children and unbelievably light which means I can move it round the garden to stop the grass being damaged, although I can see in the future we'll design a permanent space for it.
It is much sturdier than others we looked at, however it took much longer to put together than expected.
We love it though.

good price, nice and tidy
Our original cover had completely fallen apart so we bought this as a replacement. Fits our 6ft plum trampoline perfectly making it safe again and it looks almost as good as new. Quality doesn't seem amazing but it's as good as the original padding so we're pleased with our purchase.

Good customer service
Bought this one as my neighbour has it and my old 8ft one was getting too small for my 8 & 5 year olds. It duly arrived on schedule but unfortunately we couldn't finish building it as the screws/nuts/bolts etc., were missing. This was on a Sunday. Phoned the company (after finding their number on Yellow pages as it's not listed on their website) and the replacement bits were couriered and arrived by Tuesday.

An almost perfect experience
The process was really efficient, from first browsing the website through to delivery of the trampoline. Rebo were really helpful when I had questions and the delivery time was exacty as promised. And the trampoline iself is absolutely perfect!
The only small blot - and the reason I'm giving a 4 rather than a 5 star rating - was the quality of the instruction booklet, which appeared to be a rather poor translation, was sometimes confusing and not very confidence inspiring. It more than doubled the time required to assemble the trampoline as I was always having to work out what was meant!
Nevertheless, I would heartily recommend Rebo products to anyone looking for a high-quality service.

First class service
Many companies advertised 6 foot trampolines but when we went to their website the drop down box provided to select size required 6 foot was not an option to select. This company had just what we wanted at a sensible price and delivered within 2 days. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

great trampoline, the kids love it. there was some delay in the delivery, however we had excellent communication from the company and was kept fully informed 9and actually it arrived after the rain stopped which was great!)

Beware!!! for your childrens safety as REBO don't care less!!!
I have had the Oval Trampoline which was brought from REBO for just under two years and the has padding started to disintigrate, and I was concerned my children would hurt themselves on the springs after calling and emailing lots of times trying urgently to buy a replacement I was informed by Customer services today that They were not getting any in, didnt know when the would and that they wouldnt help me further.. On expressing my utter dissatisfation that they were the supplier and there was no where else that sold their products and that the safety of my children was paramount and I needed the protective padding asap as my children couldnt go on the trampoline without it incase of injury, all I got in return was. We can be of no further assistance... well I will be taking this matter further! the website states that safety is a big concern! well it hardly is as they dont care if your children hurt themselves due to the fact they refuse to let you BUY a safety product from them or even help you obtain one! I WASNT ASKING FOR THIS FOR FREE! I would of paid over the odds so my children can play safely!!! HOURENDOUS BEHAVIOUR FROM A COMPANY!!!!

Great product, rubbish customer service
Great trampoline but we were informed that delivery would be 2 weeks. It was finally delivered 8 weeks later but of course Rebo took the money from our credit card on the day we ordered. Also, trying to contact them by phone is hopeless as you are put on hold forever and you end up having to hang up after 30 minutes

The trampo was ordered on the .co.uk site (because not available on the .fr site), and was delivered less than 1 week later in France.
Nothing missing. Set up in less than 2 hours.

ups and downs.....!
Firstly I would like to say that my 14 ft fibre rod trampoline is exactly as I had hoped it would be - fairly easy to assemble, well made and very pleasing to look at. My children have already had lots of fun on it and will no doubt continue to do so for many years. My only complaints are around the pre ordering process. On the Rebo website it clearly states pre order with a dispatch date of xxxxxx. Don't rely on this! Somewhere on the website (or possible the confirmation email) is the advice to re check the website for the dispatch date and this is good advice as the date can change - even after you have submitted your order and PAID for the goods. Personally I don't think it is acceptable to pay for goods before they are dispatched under any circumstances, but for the company to then push the dispatch date back by a week or more, in my case it was over two weeks, (without even a courtesy email to advise) whilst still holding on to your money is just outrageous! I actually had to cancel the first order as the revised delivery date coincided with a holiday.
On the second attempt, the dispatch date didn't change but delivery didn't actually happen until 5 days after the date shown.
So in summary, great product but not so great customer service.

Good product but poor customer service
I pre-ordered the trampoline on 22nd May for a June delivery and it eventually turned up on 1st August. Money for the product was taken at the time of placing the order, which is not clear on their website, unlike say Amazon who take the money on dispatch. There were apologies for the delay, but no recognition that they had taken an interest free loan from their customers without authorisation. I did not cancel the order, as I thought this would only add to the wait for my kids.

Worth the wait!
Trampoline great once delivered and assembled. Had a bit of a longer wait for it than expected but did receive email to that effect. Husband skinned his fingers trying to get the bungees on the frame, but fairly easy to assemble despite rather limited instructions. We bought the anchor kit suggested but found that it doesn't fit the low level trampoline we have - the straps are too long. We've managed to use it but wouldn't recommend buying it for a small trampoline.

Excellent service, Excellent product
Found this company through Google search having never heard of them. Needed new padding for our trampoline and other sites were well overpriced. Rebo price was extremely reasonable, no extra p&p charges and the product arrived via courier within 24hrs of ordering. Have already recommended to a friend!

Excellent quality product - no hesitation in recommending
Ordered the 10 foot Rebo Trampoline on the Tuesday evening around 5pm, one day delivery, in the hope that it would come on the Thursday. Sure enough at midday on Thursday it arrived. Packaging was superb.
Despite the advice, I was on my own putting this up (reasonably capable middle aged man) and assembly was pretty straightforward. The instructions are not great and once or twice I had to disassemble in order to reassemble but a full reading of the instructions from start to finish prior to assembly could probably have avoided that. On my on, it took about three hours to get the whole thing together.
My daughters, aged 5 and 7, love it. It is a really high quality product, strong, sturdy and safe. Fantastic for adults too.
I would not hesitate in recommending this.

Poor customer service - had to chase many times for missing parts
Trampoline arrived with missing springs, bolts and nuts.
Logged a ticket via contact us page - no response.
Chased 2 days later. Still no response.
Emailed sales email. No response.
Finally phoned and got the missing parts sent. Apparently tickets logged via "Contact us" are "on an area of the website we weren't aware of".
One week later, daughter is able to play on the trampoline after asking every day why she can't use it.
If you end up with missing parts, phone them straight away!
To be fair, the trampoline is fine once all the parts arrived and it looks sturdy enough but would expect web based sales to have a functional web/email based customer services.

They toke the order then the money then put the order in the wrong name sent it to the wrong address !!! But at least they now say I'm getting my money back only toke three weeks now I have to start from the beginning

A Happy Family
Well if my little boy is happy, then we're happy!
He's nearly four and he's been on it every day since we bought it. All the family have used it and it feels like a good quality, sturdy product, so we're happy we chose this one.
It did take 2or3 hours for us to put up, which could have been reduced if there were clearer instructions and not just pictures to decipher. But this is a small negative really which doesn't stop me from giving 5 stars because it's the overall quality and value for money which count.

Excellent Service with 'Real' Bounce
I would definately recommend Rebotramploines.
Their website is excellent and very user friendly. Found the trampoline I wanted easily. Prices are very competitive and they were the cheapest supplier for the 8ft Trampoline I required.
Ordering and payment on line was hassle free.
Ordered Trampoline Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday.
Tramploine was very easy to erect with excellent, clear step by step instructions.

Excellant high quality product
This trampoline is perfect for a small area. I chose this one for my granchildren because I needed it to be suitable for ages from 3 to 10 years and also for use by an adult if necessary. This trampoline is low enough to the ground not to need a ladder. It takes an adult up to 100kg. It is big enough for 2 young children at a time to play. It is heavy enough not to need permanent fixing. Easy to assemble in 2 hours with two people.
I was disappointed with the promise of 24 hr delivery. Ordered on a tuesday afternoon so missed 2pm deadline for despatch that day. Didn't hear from courier or company so rang company on Thursday morning. Was told courier should have e-mailed me. Stayed in all day thursday for delivery, but no e-mail to follow tracking. Delivered early Friday morning. I was angry I had waited in all day thursday and would have prefered to be told 48 hours and a definate delivery date. Courier service lets the company down.

Lightning fast delivery!
The product was easy to assemble but let down by sub-standard bolts. One of them sheared completely as I tightened a nut, and the thread stripped on another. I had to replace these by coach bolts from the local DIY store.
Kids love the final product - I'm just hoping the bolt problem doesn't indicate a cutting of corners as I bought the Plum product in preference to a 'cheaper' brand.

Rebo would like me to rate my experience with them, well here goes ... The website did not contain as much product information as I would have liked but I took a gamble and ordered a trampoline cover . They were very efficient at taking my money, unfortunately delivery has not been so efficient. Over a week later I still have not received my cover.

Good trampoline, pity about the zipper
Ordering through paypal was not easy. The trampoline was to be delivered to my sons address and there is no provision for this on the website.Trampoline was delivered in good time. Erection was straightforward until we reached the enclosure posts.We found these fiddly and time consuming to attach. The enclosure netting was pulled over the posts little by little with several circuits of the outside being necessary to do this. The net was very tight across the zipped access and after two days one side of the zipper became detached from the zip.This has been repaired and the zip lubricated but I have my doubts that the repair will last.

Product appears to be well constructed and value for money.
Product appears very strong and robust, and should be value for money. Might be me but instructions always slightly confuse me, always prefer to see real pictures rather than drawings. But we assembled it relatively quickly.
Only issue was with delivery. We left an instruction for parcel to be left round the back of our property as we are usually out at work. The courier company only has a policy for all goods to be signed for, which is fine it just was not evident at point of placing order. Consequently we had to make a round trip of 60 miles to actually pick the package up from their depot in Crawley. Never mind, the kids love it and as a product I would still strongly recommend it and your company thank you.
