An Answer to Prayers!
My 12 year old was to travel to Mexico with her best friend's family on a Sunday. The night before she left we discovered her passport was expired. In a panic, I connected with RushMyPassport. Terry Price, the Passport Case Manager who helped me, was amazing! He walked us through all the steps and helped me secure her a passport and we got her to Mexico on Tuesday morning!

They made a stressful situation almost enjoyable
I am very happy to have used Rushmypassport and especially to have work with Ken Altman. I needed a passport and visa for china for my 19 year old daughter who was to accompany me on my visit. We were informed that she could not get a visa because her passport was set to expire in 2 months. We did not know what to do and were heartbroken that she might not be able to come with me. WOW...Thank you!
We were devastated finding out we would be missing our trip to Mexico because our two young children's passports had expired. We had a case manager named Terry Price who took so much time to make sure that we did everything we needed to do. He made sure our i's were dotted and t's crossed all with a sense of humor, at a time when we had none. Unless you have completed this process in the past, you have no idea. He had my husband and I on speaker phone instructing us like a well trained conductor. I can not say enough about his attention to detail, his patience, and ability to bring a calm to the storm. Incredible company with unbelievable service

Great job, very helpful from start to finish
The people at RushMyPassport did a great job. I have a trip to China in August and discovered that I needed at least 18 months before my passport expired in order to get a visa and my passport expires in seven. I worked with Ileana Vasquez and she walked me through every step, even answering additional questions. As each milestone in the process was reached I received an e-mail and a phone call letting me know where we were in the process. Everything was done within a week after I first contacted Ileana and I have already turned the new passport around to the visa specialists at RushMyPassport to get my visa.

Great Service

Saved the day!
My son was about to fly out of Orlando to Colombia to visit family for the summer on a Saturday. But we discovered his passport had expired since child passports are only valid 5 years not 10. The government isn't available for questions on a Saturday, nor could we find any evidence that traveling to the nearest government center in Miami would do any good as a walk-in. Unlike much of the competition, RushMyPassport.com was available to help us out on Sunday. Our travel specialist, Joe Ockimey, helped us get all of our documents ready all day Sunday via phone and email. So when Monday rolled around, we got our package verified and sealed at the county clerk's office and in the hands of FedEx by 9:30 AM. FedEx dropped off the new passport on our doorstep on Wednesday at 10 AM. Today, Thursday, my son will be getting on the plane. Of course, if we had been feeling lucky, we could have made it by Wednesday. WOW!!!!!! Rushmypassport AMAZING!!!!!!
I still cannot believe I received my renewed passport in 24 hours. Found out Friday afternoon at 2:00 my passport may not be valid from the travel agent because it expired within 6 months of the departure date. News to me! My plane was leaving at 3:14 on Tuesday and what company can help me that actually works on weekends to get me a passport on Monday. Well, it was not the US Passport Agency. They were the least helpful of all. So I contacted rush passport early Saturday morning and was assigned Terry Price as my agent. What a great job he does! He helped keep me calm by assuring they do this every day and that they had an appointment for me for Monday. yeah! I was willing to travel to Wash DC to actually pick up the passport physically,but Terry convinced me that trip was not necessary since I would have passport in hand Tuesday a.m. In time for my flight at 3:14. So I put my faith in Terry and rushmypassport delivered as promised. This company snd staff made a frustrating situation seem like a piece of cake. Than you all. All I Can Say Is .... WOW!
Not only did I need my young son's passport in a hurry, there were several other major issues to manage:
First, my son was adopted in China last year, so did not have standard citizenship documentation.
Second, my husband and I are not in the same state, so he was not available to appear with our minor son as required by the US.
Third, a key piece of the Chinese/US adoption documentation had been misplaced.
My rushmypassport.com consultant/hand-holder/encourager James Rosier could not have been more patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would have cancelled my upcoming vacation based on all I had read online about my particular and varied glitches had it not been for James.

Terry was outstanding
Terry was the only one of multiple employees who could explain things to me in SIMPLE PLAIN ENGLISH. Your checklist does not clearly delineate such things as the clear sequence of things. Terry sensed I was freakin out and after I got off the line with him for the first time in hours I felt like I was in control and I was confident that I knew that I was proceeding correctly. You need to seriously consider putting him in charge of telling your employees HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE.

Excellent....They do exactly what they promise.
I had a little over 2 weeks before leaving for my trip to Mexico and found that my passport was expired. The only real option I had was to drive 4 hours to Atlanta to hopefully get an appointment with my regional passport agency for an expedited passport in the short amount of time I had. No way was I willing to take a chance with my local post office agency. I decided it would be more cost efficient to try out Rush My Passport, and being a skeptical person, I was very nervous about trusting someone on the internet to come through with something so important, but saw the reviews and tried it. I sent out my packet of information to them via Fed Ex on Tuesday and had my passport in my hands the following Wednesday -- and that was with choosing the mid-service of Priority 3 to 4 business days. The steps are easy to follow, they email and call you with updates almost daily. The reviews are accurate. Legitimate and worth the money.

Got my passport super fast and my agent Terry Price was GREAT!
I was really worried that I would not receive my passport in time for my trip to Jamaica so I tried "Rush My Passport" to get it faster. Sent paperwork Thursday, received passport on Saturday. Believe it!
This week I just got back from vacation in beautiful Cancun, Mexico. If it were not for James Rosier and his colleagues at rushmypassport.com, I would most certainly would not be able to have went on this much anticipated family vacation. On Thursday, May 23rd I noticed that my passport had been expired for over a year. (I was under 16 when I got that passport and did not realize it was good for only 5 years instead of 10). This was extremely devastating because I was scheduled to fly to Mexico on Tuesday, May 28th very early in the morning. To make things even more stressful, Monday, May 27th was a holiday when government offices would be closed. I did not think there would be any way to get a passport in that short amount of time. I did some frantic research online and learned about rushmypassport.com. My first thought was "this is too good to be true!" However, I filled out the online forms while speaking with James Rosier on the phone. He walked me through the process every step of the way. He was thorough. He was patient with my ignorance. He corrected mistakes I made on the online forms. He checked, double-checked, and triple-checked that I understood what paperwork I needed to submit. He stayed on the phone with me until the process was complete. He gave me his direct number where I could reach him to check the status of my passport. Needless to say, he was wonderful. not entirely honest
Terrible customer service. No empathy despite the rush needed for an impending death in the family. Promise 24hour service, but did not provide it for me, made excuses about appointment times being lost. I would look into other compainies before choosing them if you have time. Their representatives will actually speak rude to you and when you express your frustration in kind will accuse you of yelling at them, then hang up. Childish, poor service.

Trustworthy!
James Rosier and whole team of rushmypassport.com saved our vacation plans. We had planned on visiting my parents in Poland and just days before the flight we realized my son's passport was expired. After contacting rushmypassport.com they sent very informative instruction of what needs to be done. They send things step by step so at any given time you need to only focus on one thing and this helps not to feel overwhelmed with this stressful situation. Also you do not have to check on the status - they call you to update you on every step - when paperwork is received, when it is processed, when passport is issued and when it is sent to you. So every day you get at least couple of updates from them.
Having a personal case manager with direct email and phone access to him/her only makes the experience better. In my case I worked with James Rosier, who was informative, straight forward, patient and professional.

Realized my passport had expired four days before my travel overseas
My passport was locked up in a safe where it had become expired, and thanks to James Rosier at Rushmypassport.com I was able to go and visit my brother in England. Amazing
I find out early Friday afternoon my passport had expired for a trip I was taking wed morning. I freaked out, googled passport in hops of a miracle service and they came up.
