A TRULY OUTSTANDING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
I ordered a HP laptop at lunchtime yesterday on the Ballicom website (through a link from the comparison site “idealo.co.uk”) and received it (a brand new, unblemished, fully boxed machine….and not a manufacturer’s reconditioned machine which is often done by many other retailers/re-sellers without the customer realising!) first thing this morning just after 8.30am! Amazing, YES! And, I ordered using the FREE 7 day despatch option. Before ordering, I called Ballicom for some advice on the product and was delighted to get straight through to someone who was polite and knowledgeable and wasn't trying to sell me anything!!. I could scarcely believe it! I must admit, I had been a little worried about the fact that I hadn't previously heard of the company and I was swithering about whether to pay an awful lot more and order from one of the usual big retailers who usually trade on their (so-called) name and customer disappointment. I read the glowing reviews on Trustpilot and thought surely all of these people can't be wrong? Well they're not! After placing my order yesterday, I almost immediately received a few emails confirming the order, then the despatch, then another with my invoice attached. Thereafter, I received an update email on the progress of the order with the courier. I got the laptop for a great deal cheaper than ALL of the other on-line competition and a truly outstanding service. This type of exemplary service cannot happen by accident; and I absolutely salute Ballicom, its directors and staff for having made such a memorable impression and provided me with such a pleasurable shopping experience and service. I will be passing the word around to everyone I know.....and I will be back again soon in search of a TV and more! If I was the CEO of most other on-line electrical retailers: I'd be very worried by Ballicom. MANY THANKS GUYS! KEEP UP YOUR EXCELLENT WORK!!

From Obscurity to Heroics in less than 48hrs!
Sunday PM... in the process of a new pc build and was using google shopping to do a few price comparisons. Up pops this name Ballicom?? Not heard of it before
on 2 items they were considerably cheaper than Amazon and on the other they were only marginally more YET crucially they had stock..Amazon were quoting 2-4 weeks.
So after i checked some independant customer reviews and read some of the bad and some of the good, i decided to setup and account and place my order. I wasnt in a major rush for the parts so selected free delivery option of 7 days.
Monday Am - i rang to confirm they had received the order ok and was told they had and it would be processed shortly.
Monday Pm - receive email advising goods have been despatched via NEXT DAY COURIER! ( remember i didnt pay or ask for this)
Tuesday Pm - The Goods are Here!. Less than 48hrs from Order to Delivery. Well packed and in excellent condition. Well and truly impressed with the service i have received from Ballicom and would have no hesitation using again and recommending to others

Ordered my graphics card from Ballicom at a great price and shipping was fast.
I could of got this deal from another site but it was out of stoke by the time I had seen it. I noticed I could get the same item here and ordered. The other site cancelled all there orders saying it was pricing error but Ballicom still shipped.

I ordered my new TV on Friday evening. The order sat pending over the weekend and was processed on Monday. The TV arrived on Tuesday morning.
I was a little apprehensive about using a new supplier but the option to use PayPal made me a bit less worried; I didn't have to share my credit card details with an unknown party.

Superb Service
Found out about Ballicom from a price comparison web site and decided to give them a try based on their easy to use web site and competitive price for the laptop I wanted.
I telephoned to confirm a detail about the product and found the person I spoke to polite and helpful.
And I was kept fully updated once the purchase was made as to processing and delivery. The laptop arrived quickly and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Would readily recommend buying from Ballicom.

After deciding which TV i wanted, my son did a search to find the best price and service. He came up with Ballicom and he was spot on. Not only was it the best price,it was free delivery. I ordered late on the evening, it was dispatched next day and I received the next morning at around 8-30. Normally, next day delivery is £7-99, so I'm chuffed there. Their correspondence has been up to the mark and my TV is as Smart as it says on the tin. From the dealings I've had from Ballicom, I'd recommend them to anyone.

2nd Time i have used Ballicom and won't be the last
3 Months ago I bought an Hp All-In-One P from Ballicom and some memory it was delivered promptly and all worked perfectly. I have recently bought an Asus Laptop from them was delivered ahead of time but was unfortunately Dead on Arrival I Contacted Ballicom and they arranged a conference call with Asus to see if the problem could b resolved when this failed they arranged a swap out for me on the next working day this happened exactly as scheduled and the new laptop is all i hoped it would be and is working faultlessly. This shows a level of customer service that is rare these days and i shall certainly do business with this excellent firm in the future.

Discovered Ballicom through a search engine, they were the only company that had the item I wanted in stock at a reasonable price. As it was shown as the only one left I was half expecting to be told it was out of stock but within an hour I had an email to say it had been dispatched for next day delivery. I had ordered it for free 7 day delivery so was very pleased to recieve delivery by mid morning next day.

SUPERB customer service
I wanted to buy a printer, and as I live in Channel Islands thought I should phone to confirm before I ordered. Dai was amazing, and helped place the order. As the product was urgent it was sent by courier, and NO fault of Ballicom, Citilink lost the product, yet, within 24 hours of this, Ballicom had refunded me, sent a letter of apology, and informed me, by phone. Ulike Citilink, whom I am yet to hear from. The service was amazing, just such a shame a 3rd party let the company down.

Ordered an Asus 700 Infinity epad at 2:45 pm on Thursday and received the following day Friday at 2:45 pm (No.w that is what I call good service).

Laptop Bag delivered two days later and not really packed. It was in a plastic bag that was open and the laptop bag was rolling around in the delivery van. Needed proper packing either a box or a shipping plastic bag not just the clear polyethylene bag from Targus

First Ballicom order, competitive price, good service.
After placing a recent order with Ballicom for a Samsung Series 9 Ultrabook, I have to say that my experience was very positive. Their online price was one of the lowest, their customer service on the phone was good and the Samsung Ultrabook was despatched using 'Next Day Delivery' even though I had only paid for delivery within 3 working days.
The only minor shortcoming that I noticed was a lack of certain detailed information on the website which necessitated a couple of phone calls.

Ordered goods - that's the easy part, waited for the goods, after 12 days I called to ask where the goods where. They were never sent. Chap sent them out that day, and got them the next - which is good. Just a shame I had to call them to get them to send the goods.

Good prices with fast delivery, order pased 3pm and you will miss next day delivery so one third of my purchases go elsware.
If you try to return anything be prepared to be totaly Ignored, no contact from email and the person that deals with returns is sick. You will be stuck with it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service and great prices from Ballicom - they happened to come up on Google first page and I'm glad they did. You are never quite sure about using a 'new' supplier so I gave them a call and the phone was answered by a real person within about 2 rings. He was able to give me info straight away and I bought online. TV arrived the next day (having ordered at about 3.15pm). I would have no hesitation in recommending Ballicom. They are a good solid, gimmick-free supplier which is great!
