Fast delivery, as I had the scope two days after sending the order. Shipped to Denmark without any issues, No experience with the support, so not able to evaluate that. Company generally seems trustworthy,
Great communication, since I had some issues cause I wanted to purchase over ebay, and it was my first time using it, so I had some problems, but you guys contacted me and we worked things out over your personal store. The product I bought works like it should and I can't be happier. Also the delivery was on time, which I greatly appreciate. Keep up the good work.
I ordered my oscilloscope on Monday, Nov 4, 2013 around noon. The website said that they have the particular model in stock and it would ship later that day. It also said that I would receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Two hours later I received an order confirmation e-mail, but no tracking number. The next day – no e-mail from Batronix either. The next day (Wednesday) - same thing. Then I decided to call them and ask why they haven’t shipped the oscilloscope after 2 whole days. The woman I spoke to said that there was a problem with my credit card and this is why the order had been delayed. Then I immediately called my credit card company. They said that there was no problem and Batronix had already charged my card with the sum of $1,141.29!
I called Batronix again, got the same woman as before and told her that there was no problem – the sum was already charged. Then she said that they were able to charge my credit card, but they cannot ship it, since my credit card has a different billing address than the address I am shipping to. So, she said that she would return the money to my credit card and send me a PayPal request instead, which she did a couple of hours later. I immediately paid the PayPal request and e-mailed her with the confirmation. Around 2:30 PM I got an e-mail from her that they received the money through PayPal and will ship it later that day. So I waited and once again no shipping conformation with a tracking number came that day. The next morning (Thursday) – no tracking number still!
Keep in mind that at that point I had submitted two separate payments for the amount of $1,141.29 each! I send another e-mail asking what is happening. The same woman replied saying that they forgot to send it!?! Then she wrote “I promise we will send it today”.
Around 3 PM on Thursday they finally shipped it and I got it the very next day. So it took only a day for me to get it, but 3 whole days to get the order sorted out and me having to call them and e-mail them numerous times and having to submit two payments, one of which they reimbursed later.
Ordered on friday, package arrived wednesday the week after.

If ordering from Sweden, be aware that DHL tracking stops at the border since
the swedish post handles the transport from there.
That means that the package gets another tracking number which you are not made aware of unless you call the customer service at posten and asks them to cross reference the DHL number !
Also - my pick up station unfortunately registered the wrong tracking number upon arrival making the package lying there for a week extra without informing me
since the DHL number did not trigger any delivery information to me.
I was finally told by posten customer service that it must be there since they could not find it anywhere else. Their tracking was lost.
Next time I will safeguard by having both numbers with me !
Ordered a Rigol DS1074Z scope at a great price, arrived within a week. Nicely and safely packaged, perfect condition, fast shipping, and a great device. Would heartily recommend this shop to everyone.

The only I have to mention as minus is the feedback to the customer about how it goes with the order processing. I had to ask specifically to get informations about what is happen with my order.

First i was unsure, as it was my first shopping in Batronix, now I`am glad that i've chosen that shop. Lightning fast delivery, box well secured. Delivered equipment works as expected.
The product arrived as described, but the shipping time was a lot longer than expected. Usually I receive instruments shipped within the EU in 24/48h, this took several days, it was not delivered by DHL, it was delivered by my local post office.
I purchased two 800EUR mark oscilloscope from them and choose the invoicing method of payment. I hence got the invoice document which mentioned I had 14 days to pay once I got the hardware. I went for a while without any news, tracking id or other contact from them before I decided to take action and contact the support service directly...
I was then explained that the person usually managing the invoicing had been sick and should really have otherwise contacted me to explain the following: for such high priced devices, the payment is requested before delivery regardless of method of payment selected. They've had too many problems before with non paying parties - which makes sense.
Once that matter was settled and the payment done, I got my tracking ID within two days and received the properly packaged items without further delay.
All in all a good experience with this seller with an unfortunate communication hiccup. I would recommend their services.
