Great Laundry, Great Service
CaraClean provides a brilliant laundry service. Their online ordering system is simple to use and their friendly and helpful staff give you a real feeling of confidence in their service. Laundry is collected and delivered back in a timely manner and laundry is done really well.

Missing Cloths - Every time!!
I have found their service very disappointing. The 2 times I have used their service my clothes have gone missing. When I brought this to their attention the first time and requested a process to prevent it happening again they tried to convince me my stuff was not missing, now that more has gone missing they are hiding behind their t&cs (read them before you use the service) and if that does not work they are also blaming me. Good luck!!

Great collect and delivery laundry service in london
I've used Caraclean for a number of years and they've gotten better and better. I would highly recommend - proven to be very reliable and deal with any issues very professionally. Wash and fold service is a huge boon!

EXCELLENT CLEANERS!!!!
I use them for there shirt service every week. Few weeks back I had a problem with a shirt coming back with a stain. I knew the stain was tea or coffee and it was on a white shirt so it should have come out, a simple soaking would have done the trick. I called up and complained. They said sorry, told me that I will not be charged for that shirt and told me that it will collected, re-cleaned, and delivered back with no charge. And that’s exactly what happened. What more could I ask for? Well I got 10% off my next order too! Suffice it to say I am very glad I found this cleaner and would not hesitate in recommending them.

London's best Laundry and Dry Cleaning Collection and Delivery Service
I love this company so much,some say it's because I am one of the owners, I disagree. Ok, I might be one of its oweners but still. I have tried them all in London, all of the laundries and dry cleaners who provide a collection and delivery service. None of them come close to our service; just ask my mother.
