This is simply one of the best places to get kit from they simply do as advertised also the idea of the pp card is really good as you can use it in two places if you want kit check here first if these people was running the country and the banks England would not be in the mess it is notice to crag and cave staff run for government please and give us all more money to spend in your shop

Fast response to delivery problem
Items ordered and paid for did not arrive. Cave & Crag very helpful and a full refund given quickly. Can't fault their customer service.
Today I found a different order parcel (delivered by Royal Mail) leant against our back gate, which is screened from any doors or windows, but clearly visible from pavement and road!! Could have been there for days, as no card through letterbox. Maybe where the C&C order went??

Prompt service/Crumbly chalk
The service was extremely quick and prompt, in fact it was received before the dates quoted. I ordered the chalk for my daughter who does pole vault, however she has found that it crumbles to dust and i wouldn't buy this one again as it just wont last long.
Have given the 4* for service and not 5 as do not rate the product.

Very professional and prompt service
I ordered online which was really easy. Cave & Crag had the best price for the Outwell California highway awning. Really high quality piece of kit! I received a call the next morning to say they were despatching the goods. They arrive the next day as promised. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again - great service!

I ordered a down jacket, and the delivery was very fast; next day! Having tried it on and found it too small, I called Cave & Crag to discuss. They were extremely helpful and advised that, unfortunately the next size was not available for an exchange. I returned the item, and a full refund appeared in my account the very next day! I cannot fault their service, and will most definately use them again.

Good product shame about Parcel Force
Parcel Force couldn't deliver condoms to a brothel on time. Ignoring my sign on the door to put the parcel over my back fence, they took it to a faraway Post Office just to annoy me!

I couldn't be happier with the service at Cave Crag! Having made my first purchase with them totally blind having not been given any recommendations. Being an international customer(Australia) there was an issue with the postage price I was given online. This was rectified quickly and compensation was given due to the extra cost. My item was delivered within a week including a local public holiday! Couldn't be happier and will certainly use them in the future! Assuming this was not a one off, if this is your usual level of customer service then you should be very proud!
