Att beställa ifrån Kina är helt perfekt om det inte fastnar i tullen. Då blir det tullavgift och 25% moms. Men det är det väl värt!
Ett superbra företag som säljer allt som Jula och Clas Olson säljer fast till en bråkdel av priset. Nackdelen? Det tar 4-6 veckor att få hem allt.
Reklamation går smidigt och bra.

I did not receive the the shipment that I bought at dx. So I made a complaint with Correios in Brazil. After months of delay, they told me the object was not located in the postal stream. As international postal standards. the object belongs to the sender until it has been delivered to the recipient.
So, I asked dx to demand that Correios pay the compensation of loosing the shipment and send the package to me again.
Dx solved the problem
DX is a great site with thousands of products for less money than any other site or brick and mortar store. They offer a free shipping option that is really nice if you do not need your purchase in a hurry. You can also chose to expedite your order for a up charge but do to the low coast of the products its not a problem. I recommend DX to everyone.

det Danske postvæsen gider ikke rode i så gamle fejlsendinger.
Totalt bliver det meget dyrere end at gå i en Dansk butik / forretning og handle,
altså uden flere ugers ventetid, - og med Dansk garanti / reklamationsret,
så det bliver fremtiden for mig.

It takes more than 20 working days to receive the package. I was waiting for mine for more than 3 months. I complained,and the person who deals with customers` complaints was really kind and professional. I got the thing I ordered in two-week`s time.I will buy some other things, and hopefully, this time the service will be better.
I buy in the store for six months. Comfortable interface. Love the free shipping with track number. Although the prices might be more democratic. Over the whole period of cooperation with this store I have no problems, only problems with the "Mail of Russia"

Great prices, great products, great shipping, great staff, everything is just perfect, you cant lose on this website, they arrange replacement, refund or a store credit if your package is lost after they check with the post office. i would recommend this company to anyone.

It's the best place to order cheap stuff on the net! I have ordered a lot of stuff from them in the last 5 years and I never had any problems. Sometimes, the shipping can be slow but it's free so I can't really complaint. They have the best customer service that i've seen.
I'm very satisfied with this website and i always buy stuff i need from here, especially electronic stuff. The prices are LOW, the shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE, the staff are EXCELLENT people. The shipping process can be a little slow, but that's not DealExtreme's fault, and if a package is ever lost, they arrange refund or they resend it or they give you store credit, after they check on with the post offices. The staff are ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. They reply fast and they are very understandable, and you can even live chat when an agent is online, which is +1.
