Great service, great product and it was cheaper than its rivals online
I thought by ordering online and having it shipped to Ireland it could be really expensive and take for ages. It wasn't either!
€20 to ship to Ireland and I had it in 3 working days. That is fair and very efficient. From this experience I would definitely use them again.

What I bought I am happy with but was a bit disappointed when returning an item back
I orderd a new electric scooter and also a recondition one the recondition one was not to how it is described it had an awfull lot of scratches & bits that had broke off so I couldn't give that to my son for his birthday so I sent that back an got a shock when had to pay £22.46 to return it. I did keep the new one & my son loves it but just wished there could be some other way of retuning items that aren't as costly for the customer,I don't mean free as delivery is free but just so it's not as much that would help for considering ordering again from you

In the door, shoes off and bouncing!
Trampoline was our dayghter's favourite birthday present. As we are digging up our garden we have put it up inside! (Quite lucky really, considering the weather) She comes straight in the door from school, kicks her shoes off and she's bouncing til teatime.

Very bad experience when sent an incomplete item
I ordered a Plum 8ft trampoline and accessory kit from this company and both were delivered quickly. The trampoline was great, as you would expect from a reputable manufacturer such as Plum. Unfortunately, my satisfaction ended there. The accessory kit was incomplete - the anchors were missing. Although a replacement was offered, it would not have arrived in time so I had to return the remaining items in the accessory kit. I expected that, as the kit was "not fit for purpose" as it was incomplete, a full refund, including the return postage costs (£8.00) would be given. Not so! This company sends out incomplete items but expects the customer to pay to return them. Buyers beware!!!

Great products, a bit slow the delivery (one week).
The product fits our old trampoline and it looks brand new. It took a week to have it delivered. Overall satisfied.

Waste of money
The scooter fell to bits after the first use. I spent more time trying to repair the scooter vs. my daughter being able to use it. Then you have to charge the battery which means what do they use while its charging?? The scooter is now in the skip!

I bought the net-only for my 14ft trampoline and I was impressed how quickly it was delivered. The netting looks and feels strong and it was really easy to fit. The whole thing looks sturdy and I'm impressed with the zip & clip entrance. I would definitely buy from fun4kids again.
