Great product fast delivery
I bought the latest Miele Hoover yesterday and it was delivered a few days later. Fast delivery. It also was the best price around much cheaper than most shops well worth looking on the web for ad this is a web deal.

Simple, quick and good value ... what's not to like?
Found Go-Electrical website via Google when looking for a steam cleaner. Found good choice, and at prices I haven't seen bettered anywhere. Received prompt and clear email responses to a few ad-hoc email queries, and speedy delivery within 36 hours of order placement. Order tracking was good, enabling me to plan my day by receipt of an email on the morning of delivery informing me it would be between 14:02 and 15:02. Delivery actually took place at 14:28 ... so not bad! All in all a good shopping experience, and I'll be paying another visit.

"Service was Electric"
I found Go Electric whilst reviewing products on John Lewis, Amazon among many other A list suppliers.
To my surprise the same product, a superb Dualit toaster was pounds cheaper, in stock, a bit of a novelty and free postage.
I expected "standard delivery" but was delighted to receive the product within 36 hours.
My faith in internet purchasing fully restored - great job!!

I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner from Go-Electrical after seeing that somebody else online had purchased a Hoover from them at a great price, so I thought I would check them out. They stocked what I wanted at a very competitive price so I ordered it and their online delivery service was just brilliant. You could track your order and I knew what hour it was going to be delivered so had time to do other chores. The vacuum cleaner was excellent and I would definitely order from them again.

My new Miele S8320 Cat & Dog vac is the GOODS and Go-Elecrical is first rate supplier.
I ordered a new Miele S8320 Cat & Dog cylinder vacuum cleaner from Go-Electrical last
Monday13 May and asked for delivery on either Wednesday15 or Thursday 16 May.I was advised that the machine would be delivered between 9.30 and 10.30 hours on the Thursday. At 9.45 the door bell rang and the courier driver complete with my order was on the doorstep!
How is that for service?
My wife has used the machine and is very satisfied with its perfomance.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Go-Electric to any of my friends.

Won't shop anywhere else for Electrical Goods
Despite my doubts about trying a new ecommerce site, their prices were over £50 cheaper than John Lewis. I found their chat messaging service useful and they delivered exactly as they promised, giving me a one hour delivery slot the day before they delivered..Excellent service and nice people

Only delivery was good.
My overall experience with this company was not that good when i placed my order on the website it said the item was available then two days later i find out after i chased it that it was out of stock.Their website should have said out of stock when i placed my order,as this was a present for my wife i was not very pleased.My item turned up a day later on a first class delivery service.

Where is my krups coffee grinder?
I have received a despatch note, invoice, all the documentation, however I have not receieved the Krups coffee grinder, although I have paid for it, the money left my account on 15th May!

Very rapid customer service
I changed my mind on a toaster. Asked to return it. As soon as it was returned I received an email. I discussed a few options about a replacement. Once I decided, the replacement was sent same day. Really pleased with customer service.

Great service and price!
I found Go Electrical whilst searching online for a new Sebo vacuum cleaner. Their price was the cheapest I could find so I called them to check to see if it was in stock and how long I'd have to wait for delivery. The phone was answered within two rings and I was told that it was in stock and that it would be delivered (free of charge!) the following day.
I was emailed once the vac had been dispatched and again by the courier giving me the approximate time of delivery.
Great, reliable service from a trustworthy company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Communication was generally good and item delivered in a week. I did have to make contact directly to ask when the item would be dispatched as this information wasn't provided and i think it should have been. The response given was polite but still did not give clear indication as to when I could expect my item as it appears that it was not in stock and they were awaiting delivery themselves from the supplier. However - overall am happy with the service and communication, would purchase from Go-Electrical again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent Description, Excellent Delivery.
I check with the Which? guide as to the best hoover and then I wanted the best price.
This was not given on the review so I went on a search on the web.on looking at all
Go-Electric came in the top five for prices, but the others seemed to have seperate items to buy, where as Go, gaveyou the full package.
It was easy to order and pay.
I got confirmation and then updates on deivery.
All in all excellent.

A benchmark for all Internet traders!
The product I ordered, a Kitchenaid Mixer, was £50 cheaper than many other sites and came with a free set of James Martin knives. The service was outstanding - product ordered on 13/5 and delivered on 16/5, with email and text updates in between. I ordered the mixer for my daughter and it was to be delivered to her address. She also received texts and a one hour delivery slot. I will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered for £50 less than elsewhere online at 9.50pm Tuesday night.
Received email confirmation and receipt on Wednesday.
Had text from delivery driver giving specific hour they would deliver.
Delivery was 15 minutes early.
Exactly as described.

Good service but can be better
Good service, just thought it took a bit long to dispatch the goods.
The courier service that go electrical uses is DPD, from experience I avoid stores that uses DPD, should an issue arise, DPD are brilliant at extorting money out of you for any change in situation.
Use Royal Mail or DHL they make life easy and they have local depots where you can collect your goods

amazing suction on the cat and dog! Really fast delivery.
My husband was always complaining that whatever cleaner we had was useless and had no suction. Well, he has found his match at last and said he had to reduce the suction as he could not move it along the carpet! Good buy. Could not believe how quickly the cleaner came and was also within the time slot given.
