Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a review. As the retailer we have accepted, processed and dispatched your order on a Saturday service via DPD. This is the service provided by Jokers' Masquerade and fulfilled successfully.

To investigate your comments further, we have contacted DPD, being the delivery agent, to try and ascertain the reason behind the failed delivery of your order. DPD confirm that GPS records show no attempt was made to deliver your parcel. This failure on their part has reflected negatively upon us as the retailer and let you down as one of our valued customers. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.

As delivery is outside of our control we must divorce such issues with that of our own customer services. I understand our team have been speaking directly with you regarding this matter and a full refund of goods and delivery costs has been actioned. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the highest levels of customer service and hope we have been of help to resolve any resulting issues relating to the failed delivery.

Not all our delivery methods are through DPD. We offer a number of delivery methods through varying suppliers including Royal Mail and our very popular click and collect service.

We are continually looking into our service providers and your case has been noted for the next review. I hope this goes some way to reassure you that this is an extremely rare issue and allow us the opportunity to welcome you back to Jokers' Masquerade in the future.

As we were unaware of your complaint until this review, we have subsequently contacted you to apologise for any inconvenience caused and have arranged for the glasses to be returned and refunded.

We are satisfied that our warehouse team sufficiently packaged the box but may not have spotted the original manufacturing fault. Please let me assure you that all our items go through stringent quality assurance at the manufacturer however, there is a very small percent which may develop an issue after these checks. This is a very rare issue and hope our service as the retailer will lend us the opportunity to welcome you back to Jokers' Masquerade in the future.
