I ordered clothes from them, and got them delivered to Finland within a week. I was really pleased with the quality of the clothes and the speed of the delivery.
Nonetheless, I have to caution people ordering to Finland (and I guess to other countries as well outside UK). MandMdirect uses interlink (and DPD/Post Nord Logicstics Oy in Finland) to manage their logistics. Be sure to give them enough details and your phone number for the delivery. Otherwise you might encounter some problems.
I had a DPD courier, that had tried to deliver the goods to me without notice, and not succeeding in it, of course. The courier had tried to bring the clothes to my address (not succeeding in it without the door code), and I was not informed about this delivery in any way (email, phone, nothing...). Luckily I tracked my order with my tracking number, noticed the attempted delivery few days after, contacted the courier company (DPD in Finland) and managed to make an agreement for another delivery date, in which instance they called me before delivery and I received the goods. Without being alert this way, I might have lost the delivery altogether (They would have sent it back to UK).
I ordered some items in October, and I was unavoidably away, and missed the delivery. The package was returned to the company. MandM are now hiding behind their t's and c's, saying that it the item is not reported missing in 14 days, there is nothing they can do. I am asking my credit card company to rescind the payment. I can't believe a company can get away with this. I used to be a fan of Mand M. It is bad customer service and bad sales.
Made an order friday 13th December, my account said no orders made but my bank had been debited for the amount of goods I purchased. Rang m&m straight away and they said because the website went down at the time of placing my order that it didn't go through. The women also reassured me that the money would be back available to me in 24 hours. 4 days later and still not back available. Rang back up and got told that they never got my money because I never made an order even though the bank have given me the authorisation code to given them. Spoke to 11 different people and still not going to refund the money. Im now £136 pound down with no goods! Which I cant even buy elsewhere as i dont have the money!! Its an absolute joke and I would stay well away from them!!!
I ordered a jacket for my son for christma. The jacket was too small.. I rang them and the man in customer service was lovely on the phone and told me what to do..sent the jacket back and had a bigger one in a week and I live in ireland. Will be ordering again from them... excellent bench jacket too.
Ordered a jacket....they took my money...order dispatched....email saying that no longer in stock. Refunded the cost of jacket but not the shipping and no response. Bad customer service and generally don't give a monkeys! Awaiting email back!
This was my second purchase from M&M this summer. Once again they provided a fast turn around with no issues. This time I returned the order due sizing, they processed the return and refund within the week.
I've been using that company for over 4 years now.Never had any problems.Untill now.Something in their service must had changed,because it's not good now.Month ago I've ordered shoes.Got confirmation mail for despatch.Great!A day later got mail ,that the item is out of stock.Ok!Ten days ago I decided to give them another chance and order again.When after one week my items haven't arrived I contact them and untrained lady told me my order was delivered .When I asked when and who signed for it another person contact me and said, that it's not delivered , but with the couriers!!I don't know what's wrong with them.I am still waiting for refund to my account for this order.It's 50£ ,so I am not letting go.If you not want to have similar problems-never use them.I am not going to never ever again!
i made my first purchase about a month ago, because of the quality of service (fast delivery, good bargains and quality of items purchased ) i have made further purchases from this site totaling well over a grand and saved well over a grand and half. I really have nothing negative to say about MandMdirect. This will be the only place where i shop now online.
I ordered 4 items, i receive only 3 and 2 of them were fake Bench shoes. The worst fake shoes i ever seen. Very bad, impolite and sarcastic customer care. JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a ski jacket 19/6 email confirmation. Great. All in stock. Debited account ok. however by 21/6 the item was out of stock and money credited back to my account. Wtf? I had a jacket and now I don't? Seems to me they sold it on to someone else and made a right balls up and now I'm left with no purchase. Great company to use if you want to be messed around. Will NOT be using in the future and certainly would not be recommending to anyone else to use EVER!
Order arrived 1 item missing! called M&M direct and the untrained lady told me I must be fibbing as the items were sent. They were then re-sent and one pair of shoe were different sizes!!!!!!! Dont use this company as there is no customer service and certainly no apology when it goes wrong! be carefull
I have had no problems whatsoever with M And M Direct, having now bought from them twice.
Their website is easy to use, and you are able to filter for items which they have in stock, in your size. This is really handy. I'm also impressed with their prices, having bought a jacket I had spotted in the shops for £50 more.
Communication is good, as they send you texts to let you know that your items are on their way. They give you the option to change your delivery date as well, just in case you know you won't be around when they are due to deliver. I did this on my first order, prompting them to deliver the following working day. They duly obliged.
My second order was next day delivery. Order made at 3pm, order arrived at 1.30pm the next day. I'd received a text on the morning of delivery stating that I would receive my order between 12.30 and 1.30pm, so their estimate was fairly accurate.
I have yet to deal with customer services, or had the need to return an item, so cannot comment.
All in all, I am impressed by the company and will continue to use them for future clothes purchases.
I've used m and m direct for over six years there prices are really low I like the website and range who ever was moaning about charging for returns is a bit confused when you place and order you get the option at the end for returns labels £1.50 I always buy multiple orders so I choose this because its so much easier than having to arrange it yourself just pop the sticker on and take to a local post office done. They have always credited my returns and let me know by email promptly . I can't say how good the customer services are as I've never had to call them in all this time so for worry free Internet shopping you can't go wrong
Placed order next day delivery got email in morning delivery would be with me between 8_6. Phoned to get nothing but a cheeky bitch saying I had cancelled order for next day at 11am but as I said if I had done so why was I calling them and why did I not have email confirming it the response was if I was going to be sarcastic she would hang up on me true customer service not letting you speak never use them again
