Very quick brilliant service
The internet site was easy to use, very quick and good that you can print out your own pack rather than waiting for it in the post as ive used another provider before but the pack took ages to come out.

Brilliant service!
After reading reviews and comparing to other recyclers went with Mazuma as rated so highly by other users. Couldnt of been happier. Great prices, great service and swift and speedy communications as well as payment. Will always use in the future now

Brilliant, fast & got money same day!
I dropped phone off in person (local) with paperwork and was seen immediately, waited all of 5 mins while they checked phone and was authorised for bank transfer that day. They even gave my 2 year old daughter a cuddly Mazuma toy which she hasn't put down since - brilliant!! Thank you :)

I cannot express how quick and efficient this service is.
1st Day - I ordered the pack
2nd Day - It arrived
3rd Day - I posted my phone at approximately 4pm
4th Day - Email received just before 10am to say that the phone had been received
Shortly afterwards they confirmed that the cheque was in the post
5th Day - Received cheque
= One VERY happy customer. You are not going to get a quicker service anywhere else.

Excellent service - payment received the following day as promised.
Received the free postage materials the next day. Posted back and received an email the following morning with an update that phone had been received. Received update emails throughout the day to say the phone was being checked and that payment had been processed. Received the full amount in my bank by 5.30 pm that day. Excellent - have used before and will use again - will never go to another Company.

Doed exactly what it says on the tin!
Went to the website, found my phone, input my bank details and requested a postage pack. The pack arrived within a couple of days, sent the phone free post and a couple of days later £100 arrived in my account.......simple.
