They took my £65 and didn't show up. I had to fly and rely on a mate to look after my stuff till a real courier company could collect it. I don't believe they even exist beyond 2 scammers with computers and phones. I was told i would be fully refunded and am still waiting. have reported them to the trading standards Institute and the Action Fraud Police website. DON'T USE THEM YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND ROBBED LIKE ME AND THE MANY OTHERS HERE.
Myukdelivery took my money and then failed to contact me about the pickup or delivery and they don’t respond my calls or emails.
I spoke to Mark at myukdelivery who gave me a quote and asked me to pay online, which I did. Since then I have received no confirmation about the pickup or delivery and no response to emails and no-one is answering the phone.
After 24 hours of trying to contact them, I cancelled the service. The terms and conditions state “Bookings may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking without a penalty charge”. I requested a refund, which they have not done. I still get no response to emails and the phone just goes to a recorded message.
I believe this to be a shameful scam. I have reported it to Visa who are disputing the payment. I shall also report it to other ‘bodies’. They should be prevented from trading unless they can trade with moral ethics.
The address on the domain name registration is 13, Walnut Close, Hayes, UB3 1JH, but that may be fictitious too!

I have been trying to confirm a delivery with My UK Delivery for the last 4 or 5 working days. I had a call from them one evening last week and then they have failed to reply to my many emails.
I'm glad I didn't paid them any money when I spoke to them! I have tried ringing them today several times to no avail + another couple of emails that they haven't responded to.
I've gone for a reputable delivery firm and so should you!

No confirmation of purchase, or collection order, and nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. I'll contact trading standards and watchdog. I contacted this company on Wed 8th, filled in the form and paid my £35 for my parcel to be picked up on Friday 10th. Nothing - no confirmation e-mail, no e-mails answered, and the phone line just repeats the message "We are experiencing a high volume of calls please try later" !! After finally getting an e-mail from Mark he assured me they would collect my parcel on Monday 13th Feb - Nothing!! I am now £35 (+ the extra I had to pay a genuine company to pick up and deliver my item) out of pocket. They are a complete scam - DON'T USE THEM!!

Booked a pick up on 9th Dec - still waiting on 3rd Feb 2012 have tried e- mail & phone contact and was promised full refund of money paid - this has never happened and contact with these people is virtualy impossible! I would advise anyone thinking of using their services not to bother, I had to deliver the item myself 160 mile round trip and one full day lost just to keep my good name, terrible service and public relations non existant ! still trying for refund for non fulfilment of contract - rubbish company [ if it realy exists or is it just a scam ]

Avoid my uk delivery like the plague this is my sad story of how I lost my hard earned money to them,
I first contacted myukdelivery on the 22/11/11 and on this day we exchanged 7 emails between me and Becky checking details.
I then contacted myukdelivery on the 25th to confirm and myukdelivery sent me a payment link on the 26/11/11 for £49 which I paid (this is 3 times the price that parcelmonkey would deliver it for but I paid to get a morning slot).
I didn’t get a confirmation or even acknowledgement of payment so I emailed myukdelivery on the 27/11/11 they didn’t reply!
I tried to ring myukdelivery countless times on the 29/11/11 to check they were coming but myukdelivery didn’t answer, I then emailed at 12.20 as they were meant to be with me by 1, myukdelivery replied with
Please email email@example.com
which I did and at 12.22 myukdelivery replied
I am sorry for this.
I will chase this up with the local depot now for you.
Strangely my name had changed?
I replied with “Thank you but I do have to get taken to the hospital soon and my phone number”
I then stayed in till 13.38 when I sent myukdelivery another email
“I have stayed in an extra half hour but am going to have to rush now ! I have to tell the customer he won’t have the suspension for his car (needed for his mot) tomorrow as well aren’t I ? Unless you can collect this evening ? Yours unimpressed and my phone number again”
myukdelivery emailed me back at 14.16 (bear in mind I had told them I had left for the hospital and given my phone number) to say
I am going to see what we can sort out for you.
I will respond shortly.
Whilst at the hospital I rang lots of times but no answer neither did I receive a phone call so when I got back from the hospital I emailed myukdelivery at 18.37 saying
“What’s happening ? You won’t answer either phone now but your voice message says you will respond in 3 hours to emails but I haven’t had any response since 14:16 ?
I have paid as my bank has verified and I am waiting to hear from you so I can tell my customer what’s happening or whether I have to return his £200?

At 2220 on the 29/11/11 after not having had a response from myukdelivery since 14.16 I emailed saying
As you will not answer the phone or respond to my emails
I want a full refund for the collection you haven’t collected and feel I should be compensated for my loss of earnings and the loss of my sale and tarnishing my good reputation (check my feedback) and the fact I will have to take another day off work if I am lucky enough to sell it again.
I expect to hear from you with my refund by end of business tomorrow as I have paid for a service I have not received!
I received no answer from myukdelivery until after I left bad reviews for them, myukdelivery then answered me on the 1st dec saying my refund is being processed!
I haven’t seen a refund over 3 weeks later and strangely when I paid it was out of my account the same day?
I lost half a day’s wages waiting in for myukdelivery as well as the £49 and the sale so don’t believe the convenient good reviews that appear about them or their replies as the ones they have made about my reviews are not true.
I don't expect this review to stay up long as myukdelivery keep getting my honest factual reviews removed! Yet I am hundreds out of pocket because of them and have all the emails between me and myukdelivery which I will be putting up on a blog.

Myukdelivery failed to collect my item on 2 separate occasions. Talking to [name removed] is a joke as she knows nothing. I sent a recorded delivery letter to their website address citing Breach of Contract & demanding a refund & it was returned undelivered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The company collect my purchase from the Ebay seller 5 weeks ago and we are yet to receive this or an explanation!
If you call and on the rare occasion manage to get through they say they will look into it and call you back but never call you back.
I am now out of pocket for the purchase £80 + deliver £35 + the high phone bill trying to get in touch.

I booked a delivery service last Friday, they committed to pick up a mattress from a shop in Thurrock and deliver it to my house in Lincolnshire.
Payment went through and on Tuesday nothing happened; the courier company didn't show up at the shop, they didn't call me to let me know of a possible delay and even worse did not even reply to my attempts to find out an explanation.
I managed to get through and got Becky on the phone the following the day who was unable to give me an answer, she committed to call me back as soon as she finds out what was the state of my delivery but she never did.
Called her again and she committed to the same but again, nothing happened.
I am absolutely angry and cannot believe the lack of professionalism this company has shown, not only failing to respond to the contract but the rudeness of not giving you a proper answer which has made lose hours and hours of my time and phone calls to the shop where they are still waiting for me to pick up the item! such a big problem an headaches for a company who has not reply to any of my-at least- 6 emails or answer machine messages left. Totally unacceptable, 3 days later and still haven't heard from them.
AVOID, THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!!!
Last week I arranged for myukdelivery to pick up an item from an ebay seller in Birmingham and deliver to Bedford. This was scheduled for a Thursday morning. The seller waited in. The pickup didn't happen. Despite phone calls and emails from me over the last 7 days, I have not been able to get the company to respond. Its always 'I'll get my supervisor to call you'. I have been advised by Trading Standards that they are in Breach of Contract and I have asked for a refund. I can't recommend this company to anyone based on this (lack of) service.
Update: Interesting that the company has responded within 20 minutes of my post whilst completely ignoring my calls and emails for a whole week. They need to explain (1) why the original pickup which was scheduled by them for a workday morning (in fact I told them that any time that day up to 2pm was OK) didn't happen. (2) Why they did not respond to me at all when I tried to schedule a new pickup - Both myself and the pickupee were aware that this would be morning or afternoon ie working hours. I stand by my original comments.
