The delivery was fantastic, quick and arrived in great condition. The description of the items I ordered are exactly what I wanted. And exactly like they are described. Fantastic service
I ordered a few bits and bobs for my son's leaving party, I thought i'd order a week before i needed them, so i had plenty of time for them to arrive, was completely amazed when everything turned up within two days of ordering, and everything looked exactly as it did in the photo's. I am very pleased i tried partyrama, and would 100% use them again, fantastic service and goods.

This is not just hot air!
Thanks for the tremendous service. Ordered the balloons on Monday evening and got them on Wednesday. Bit of trouble trying to inflate them at first using the helium canister and valve, but then I read the instructions and all was clear - typical of a man! As my wife said "what part of push down on valve do you not understand!!
I used the balloons in a Sunday morning service t celebrate Pentecost - just used white, red, yellow and orange to symbolise the flames - it was very effective and the congregation loved taking a bunch home afterwards to share with family and relatives.
Will certainly use Partyrama again - now I know how the valve works!

Good value, great service.
Delighted with this buying experience. I ordered from this website on a Sunday and payment appeared not to have gone through, so I phoned on Monday to check. I was reassured that all was well, and that items would be delivered within standard number of working days, so very surprised and pleased to arrive home from work on Tuesday and find the parcel at the front door!

Just in time delivery and quality goods!
I had left it a little late but the easy to use website and reasonabel price/delivery tiems comination left me happy that I was going to be able to get what I wanted. My one quibble was that the delivery was a day later than I had asked for - but this was because the helium balloon might have deflated if left longer in its box....I asked why I was not told and it seems the requested delivery date I entered did not make its way onto the order form....glitch there maybe to watch out for.

Just what I was looking for, without trawling the shops!
