Great product.
Fast efficient service, product arrived within 2 days. Used to use Frontline all the time but decided to try this product as it was a lot cheaper but has the same active ingredients as Frontline. Used this product for the whole of 2012 and had no problems at all. My cat remains flea and tick free.
My cat has never had an infestation of fleas, he's 7yrs old. i think the key is to maintain a continuous flea programme. I apply every 4 wks between March and October and have never had a problem.

A recomendation to share with other pet owners
A family member recommended Petmeds to me and I'm pleased to say they lived up to the fast, efficient service and competative price that I was told to expect. However I don't think my cats were impressed when they were wormed, ha!! I'd definately return next time I'm due to order again.

Petmeds are one of a few companies that we have used that give the same high standard of service time & time again.In this day & age,it's refreshing to know that,once an order is placed,there won't be the (all too commonplace....) hassle of having to chase an order to find out that it 'hasn't been despatched' or 'it's out of stock'...Top marks for good old fashioned 100% efficient service!!

Just what i need, when i need it
I buy from petmeds as they are quick on delivery and have many items i need for my cat. the prices are copetitive and customer service is very helpful. any problems they let you know ie if its going to be a bit late because of stock. plus it sends an text when its on its way. totally satified.

I live in the Netherlands and this site is perfect becausse i can pay with paypal and my order came in within only a few workingdays. I didn't expect that, there was no trackingnumber shown, but it arrived quite quickly after they send the package

Sent 30ml size of Sunshine Factor instead of 120ml size I ordered
I sent back the 30ml size on 21/05/13 16.28, have had no reply from the 2 messages I left on the website (in the contact us, message section), even though I had replies from both emails stating: "Thank you for contacting Petmeds.
We strive to answer all emails within 5 business hours. Our offices are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 - 6pm (Excluding bank holidays)
We will get back to you shortly," The date of this message is 10/5/13 17.28. Sent 2nd message after I read email from Petmeds about DPD requiring signature for delivery. DPD put the envelope with Sunshine Factor through letterbox. Also worth mentioning is a label was pasted over the bottle size. Fortunately I have a 120ml bottle of Sunshine Factor at home (vet suggested adding it to my bird's diet in 2007) so I know what the bottle size looks like. Still waiting for a reply and approximate delivery date of the 120ml bottle of Sunshine Factor, or a refund.

The one drawback is delivery. The 'deliverer' rang the bell but was already driving off in his van by the time I opened the door less than 1 minute later. He had left the bags of food by the door (as requested if no one was in) but I certainly had not signed for the items.

I have ordered from Petmeds before as I found their pricing really cheap in comparison to the vets. We have x2 dogs (one being a dog de bordeux) and vets bills even just for annual flea treatment and worming can be expensive. When I checked with the vets how much they charge for worming tablets eg £8 per tablet (I need at least 6 tablets between the x2 dogs) I thought I would search online for a cheaper price. Petmeds came up cheapest, selling good quality products at affordable prices with free delivery. So now I use them everytime I need anything.
