Good quality & quick service, will use again
Software provided was fairly simple to use although room for improvement. Photo book quality was excellent & delivery times were quicker than stated.

Brilliant product.
I have used Photoworld for some years now - they were CEWE when I started - and I have made many books. I have produced books to celebrate personal birthdays (sister's 60th, daughter's 40th, my own 70th) and many holidays (Nile cruise, two Mediterranean cruise, numerous family holidays in the UK and my latest on a cruise to the Baltic Sea) and find the system easy to use and the production brilliantly fast and receipt of the finished product incredibly swift.
I must admit that the price has gone up considerably over the years I have used the system but I am happy with the product and find it does all I want to do.
It is so versatile and reasonably easy to negotiate.

Uni Life Looks Great
I loved the photo book, it was stunning. It looked exactly as i imagined it and i think my daughter will treasure it forever.

Slow service and very poorly packed!
After initial issues with the software from Cewe we finally managed to place an order using the desktop software. Confirmed receipt and despatch were as expected.
However we have the had to wait for a week for delivery with little or no help from Cewe who just kept saying we should wait for the item. No tracking at all of the item even though it was sent via TNT! Also advised if it hadn't arrive by this Thurs they'd reprint and try again!.
Sent in a cardboard sleeve only which was wet when it arrived and the canvas was only saved by the plastic sleeve it was in. No bubble wrap or decent packaging at all so amazingly the canvas wasn't damaged!
Also luckily I had increased the print size around the main image as the print had been wrapped around the canvas. This wasn't shown on the software at all and should have been for people who handy allowed for this.
The canvas is great now we have it but the service and packaging needs some serious improvement.

The software does show the wrap around the canvas and the preview you saw on screen should be the same as the finished item, if this is not the case please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to investigate this for you.

Good quick & efficient Service -
This is the first time I have used Photoworld since the changes at Jessups. I was not sure if it would be as good as the previous processor, and had my reservations.
However, the programme easily download, I found it easy to use, which included several good features. The upload was straight forward, and the delivery to my home address was exceptionally quick. The photo reproduction quality was good, and unlike some other suppliers, did not skimp with the thickness of the paper. The only downside was that you had to pay for home delivery, unlike previously could have goods delivered free to your local shop. I have not seen any advertising yet so wonder if you are serious about being a market leader, especially now as the big chain stores are offering this service. It's great to have special offers, and am now preparing my next book!.

Does all it promises
I wanted to put together a photobook for my son's 21st and had left it to last minute. Using Photoworld was so simple, like having someone hold your hand through each step. Choose your photos and click to move and hey presto!
Finished result is excellent and delivery is prompt.

Couldn't be happier!
We ordered an enlarged canvas print of a scenic photo taken in Yosemite National Park. Our order was with us within a few days and surpassed our expectations. The clarity of the print is amazing. The canvas is neatly finished and securely wrapped and fixed to the wooden frame. We were pleased to find all the necessary fixings included as well. Overall a very high standard of work and superb service. Would definitely use this company again without hesitation.

Brilliant book and so easy to do.
I won a token to do my book in a photographic competition. what a fantastic prize.
The whole book was so easy to do from start to finish, The only hard bit that i found (and was not easy) was trying to decide which photo's that should go into the book.
The postage was faster than i thought, from finishing the book online to it arriving in the post was seven days.

photoworld photo brochure i had printed was amazing
i had a brochure printed by photoworld and they done an amazing job i will deffo use them again i have never had a wedding album done and i am gonna use them to make a large photo book with my wedding photos in i was that impressed

I always use this company for my photo books and gifts. I have recommended to friends and would totally recommend to anyone. The photo books especially are great, and the software is so easy to use and produces professional looking results. They are a great way to display photos, I have lots already and I'm sure I will purchase many more. I have also ordered key rings, mugs and other gift items and have happy with them all.

Brilliant!
I have ordered numerous albums from Photoworld and the quality is excellent. If you pay the extra for express delivery its great otherwise it can take a while. They only negative that I might add is that if the photos that you have added are going to have a poor impact I.e. a lot of poor quality pics, it would be nice to have an email or a call to tell you in case you werent aware. This spoiled one of my albums, but at least i now know that if it has a big exclamation mark on it it means the quality is poor (even if it doesn't look it on your screen).

excellent customer service
My photo book arrived in what appeared to be good condition. I put it aside as it was a birthday present. However when the book was opened for the first time, the spine creased badly and I was unhappy with book, on closer inspection it looked as if it had been bashed during postage. I emailed customer service who responded very quickly. Because there was a delay between the dispatch and my compliant I had to re-load the photo book onto their system, but the code given enabled me to place the order for free.
Replacement book arrived in perfect condition, and not creasing when opened. Can't fault them for service. Used them in the past and will use them again. I have tried a couple of other photo book websites but their software doesn't allow the manipulation and zooming in, placing of photos and text.

Easy to use with superb, professional results
I had never made a photobook before but found the program easy to use after a few practises and was so pleased with the results. A really professional looking book made from photos taken over many years. Marvellous!

Best Photobook Company around!
I have used Cewe for years, the software is easy to use, the ability to download extra backgrounds and templates is great.

Better than I hoped!
The software is really clever once you learn how to use it. You can add pictures on a page as if you were using the picstich app. There are so many style options. You can design each page manually or let the software do so automatically. I did mine manually so that I could chose which pics I wanted as the main pics on a page and which will be the smaller surrounding pics. I could also decide to spread one pic across two pages or on one. I received the album less than a week after my order and I have to say I was really happy with the picture quality. I used the gloss photo paper, although it is the most expensive one, it came out brilliantly. It is my wedding pictures after all so well worth it.

Love how much you can personalise your own picture book and the tools are easy to use.
This photo book service was exactly what I was looking for. The software was free to download which meant I could work in my book without the Internet and add to it gradually till I was happy with it. The tools made it easy to see if the picture resolution was good enough as well as choosing firm lots if preloaded backgrounds. Could really make the book my own.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
Hubby broke his beloved tall mug. Went on line, found this site, really easy to use, uploaded a piccy, and hey presto, few days later, the most amazing mug arrived! All in time for father's day. The picture I chose, our 5 kids, wrapped around the mug perfectly. I added a personal message, chose the colour and the font, it was soooooo easy! I will be back to order more mugs as Christmas presents soon.

Perfect Poster
I am a regular customer of CEWE Photoworld. Until now I had only ordered photobooks of all kind and sizes, this time however I went for a poster and the result was brilliant as ever. Also the production and delivery went very fast. I absolutely can recomment Photoworld!!!

Excellent quality reproduction.
Only negative comments would be:
Had the faux leather and would have been nice if you could have got some lettering on the outside. It was a wedding one I was doing for family and would have been nice in gold/silver lettering, had to do myself when received. Also there is no indication of orientation when nothing on the outside.
Would be handy to view the album before purchase by other parties online, this would be handy (for me) so friends and family can comment on before you finalize it.

Very pleased, ordered and received a high quality photobook in days
The software is easy to use and it's good to know it's all offline until the point of ordering. The entire process was straight forward and I was surprised how quickly it was ready and dispatched. The quality of the photobook itself was excellent.
Overall no issues and will happily use again. Look out for vouchers for new customers.

Wonderful, Great Service, Prompt Delivery!
Very good quality products and worth the price - quality is high, this is why it is not the cheapest option around, but once you see the book you know you have a good item. The service was very good and the ordering was clear and straight-forward. The programme was easy to use and has a wide variety of options and designs for your album. The ability to add extra pages to the book made this perfect for using only those photos you wanted and not being forced too short or too long. I would recommend this company/web-stie/product to my family and friends.

Super product, excellent quality book
The book looks lovely, the quality of the cover & pages is very good. I rated it 4 stars due to some photos which print perfectly at photo printers coming out a bit too bright, including the photo on the cover.

Excellent service, fast, great quality and keenly priced.
If you want to capture those moments and don't want to print pictures the old fashion way and then have to put them statically into an album, completing a photobook is the way to go. You can be really creative with what you do and end up with a little masterpiece that will be treasured for ever.

I use them for all my photo books and prints now because of the service and quality.
The quality is excellent; particularly when you order the high gloss photo paper book.
They have never walked away from a problem and always resolved it without question.
It allows you to work on a book for as long as you like as you don't upload until you are ready to order. This means you can revisit your input again and again,for months if necessary, and try different photos without the hassle of having to wait to upload them first (as with Photobox) before you can use them. There are a couple of software actions I would like but that could be because I can't find them or I'm just looking for the lazy option.

Our photobook is an excellent presentation of our trip
It was easy to put the book together with the down loaded software. It is so much easier to work off line. The instructions were easy to follow with many choices of layouts, backgrounds etc. I enjoyed doing this project.

Fantastic service & quality of photos - yet again!! highly rate this Co for providing a superb customer service experience.
Had no hesitation in using this Company again - having been so impressed the 1st time. Yet again, quality of photos, superb delivery service, full tracking facility proved once again we had made the correct choice!
Now I 'm more comfortable with the software I found I really enjoyed uploading my photos, the help function is superb. I believe I have a new hobby! and due to the very positive feedback from friends in terms of the quality I have volunteered my services to them to upload on their behalf.
