First class service from beginning to end

PlumbNation were the only professional company out of all the supply companies I called. The operators were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them every time for price and service. The radiators I ordered were ready in minutes when I called at the branch to collect. The only negative was the speeding ticket I received on the way home, 36 miles an hour I ask you. Thank you Avon and Somerset Police you spoiled a great day!

Quich service with good value

When my boiler finally gave up the ghost I went on line to find a replacement. I had already had a boiler reccomended by my local maintenance engineer so it was basically just a matter of price comparison. After searching on line I found that PlumbNation beat everyone else's prices by a mile. I placed my order and after a few slight administrative problems (due largely to my own fault since I required delivery to a different address than the billing address) the boiler was delivered within days of making the order. I only wish the plumber would be as quick

Good service

I bought a radiator, which arrived about a week later. On opening we found it was damaged. I had to go to the supplier (about 12 miles away), as it was on a Saturday morning and I had to fit it that day. It was replaced without question and the delivery charge reimbursed, plus a bit extra for my own time and petrol - a satisfactory ending.

I hesitated whether I shall order from them after reading some pretty bad reviews. However, pleased that I did order from them. I had a few orders, no problems. Just with the last one the rad seems that was not in a perfect condition so waiting to hear what they would say.

The lever operated 2 hole sink mixers were good quality items with a 10 year warranty and arrived quickly after my order. They were well packed and easy to fit. I will certainly buy more from PlumbNation

Long wait for poor quality product

It took far too long to receive my new showerhose, which although your website says is the right one for my shower, isn't, as it doens't fit properly and the quality is inferior to my original.

Ordered the boiler on the net after speaking to my plumber who told me what to order. Cheepest net price was on plumbnation and the boiler was also deleivered on the day they stated. Excellent.

An excellent shopping experience

After waiting nearly a month for my sink to be delivered by another company, and no spoken contact (customer service line was £1.53 a minute) with them I cancelled my order. I was apprehensive when I rang Plumbnation who quoted 7 - 10 days. I needn't have worried. In fact I got the sink in two days. I was delighted of course. The most important factor in shopping on line for me is being able to check things with somebody and also for them to keep me informed as to what's happening. Plumbnation had problems with the company delivering my tap and at all times they let me know by email or phone what progress was being made.
They set a very good example of what customer service should be like.
