I researched prices in U.K and in U.S.A. and Precision Time offered the best price. I placed the order and the watch was delivered just 23 hours after it was ordered. Thus price and service could not be bettered.

I ordered the watch on Friday, was promised delivery to Spain by Wednesday, and, it arrived as promised.
Excellent service, only one concern, the good old UK post office do not track the packet once it leaves UK so you just have to wait for it to arrive. DHL, UPS etc all track to the destination...
Excellent product and service. I would recommend it, but not the Post Office!

Top quality, great value, very happy
Had my Gucci watch serviced for a broken winder, with battery replacement and bracelet cleaning. Amazed at just how much of the scratching on the steel faceplate and bracelet were removed; the watch is really like new now. Great price for this top class service, a fraction of what high street vendors quoted. The only downside is waiting time; it would be more comfortable to have had regular email updates on progress, but absolutely no complaints with the end result. Recommended.

Fantastic watch, fantastic price
After checking various online sites for a Tissot watch as a gift for my husband, I finally settled on Precision Time mainly because of Trustpilot reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service, the watch arrived within two days of ordering and my husband was delighted with it. I would definitely recommend Precision Time.

Fast, effective and friendly service
Provide a great quote for a ladies white chrono tag and adjusted the braclet for free. Also include free delivery with the price. package came with presenting box, leather cover with manual and promotional tag material. even the tag stickers for a display and serial numbers where included. would recommend precision time to others as I saved 500 pounds off the rrp!

Fantastic watch at a great price
Brought a Tiisot Touch titanium from Precision Time. Was at least £200 less than I could get anywhere else. Got for £450 - checked in Duty Free at Paris CDG airport, it was £718.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND
I have no problem at all to recommend Precisiontime, the service i received, both in delivery and over the phone was excellent. I received my Husbands watch on the day and within the time that i had asked for. The watch is fabulous however my Husband still hasn't seen it yet!!!! I had to email the company with a small query over the Easter weekend and they called me back at 9.30am on Tuesday morning, wish all companies were this efficient and quick. 10/10 for customer service AND everything else.

I purchased a TW Steel watch, knowing it was temporarily out of stock; I was rung the same day & told the watch was now in store, & available for next day delivery !
The courier delivered first thing, with no problems; courier charges are a bit steep, but I suppose if you are ordering something expensive, it's better to be safe than sorry...
I would recommend Precision Time to anyone; credit where it's due - certainly their prices for TW Steel take some beating.

Watch price was good, but freight was overcharged making it an expensive watch
Watch price was ok. I live in the EU and therefore I have to shop within the EU or VAT will be added in my country. I was pressed by time so I chose preciontime as they advertised with day to day, but it actually took a week.

Delighted with the watch shame about the delivery time.
I would have liked to have received an email confirmation of my order. I am really delighted with the watch, especially the price. I have to admit to being a bit sceptical, but other than the delivery time, I was really pleased with the watch and they had adjusted the strap to the size I had requested. With regards to the delivery, I was disappointed as the watch arrived later than advised. Despite saying on the web that it was available for next day delivery, this turned out not to be the case. They did try to rectify this and speed up the delivery but it was hampered by the weekend. However, when all said and done I would definitely buy from them again.

Great product at a really good price. The service was fantastic. Precision Time did not dissapoint
I was very nervous about spending almost £1,000 on a watch for my Wife's 40th birthday from a company that I didn't know, didn't trust and was concerned about fakes (I've recently been on holiday in Turkey so know how good the fakes look!). PrecisionTime had the exact model we wanted that wasn't available in the high street, when I ordered they called me to confirm the order and told me when it would be delivered. It arrived on time and the watch was perfect as described.
