Mine was not a large order, But everything was received in good condition. The best bit was, even counting in the £17 delivery charge, I still saved £3 on B&Q prices without having to get off my backside!

Product good and fair price. Shipping very expensive for something that wasn't even wrapped!

The product you ordered was delivered direct from one of our manufacturers who charge a flat rate fee across the UK regardless if you order 1 or 1,000 lengths.
Also, in our experience; we find that when shipping this item by itself (rather than in a 10 pack), it actually is handled and travels better when not wrapped - as wrapping can cause distortion to the product shape.

Slow delivery
Great product at a reasonable price but let down by expensive delivery cost and 10 days for delivery. Had to call after 8 days to find out what was going on.

We were sorry to hear of the delay on your order.
Regards this bespoke product - our manufactures only keep a certain amount of stock of each variation & colour at any given time.
You ordered one more than we currently had available in stock; so you should have been called to offer all we had with the last remaining item to follow 7 - 10 Days later after it had been manufactured.
We can only apologise that this didn't happen on this occasion, but we're glad you're happy with the product and its pricing.
