On the plus side, the order arrived quickly.

On the minus side, one of the power supplies was faulty which was a bit frustrating.

Fast, efficient service and quality products.

Excellent customer service. I was made to feel valued even when I rang them for set up help a 5 year old could have figured out. (Who new the cd put 2 icons on the desktop.)

Instant Delivery and great product

Bought a spy camera no bigger than a zippo lighter with and extra long life battery that gave me 24 hour battery powered coverage. Delivered the next day and easy to set up.
Being a novice I had some questions. I rang the help line and got through without having to wait in queues recieved professional advice and clear english.
The picture was crisp and clear and I caught myself a thief BRILLIANT

What a great bunch of guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must let you know about a great company called Spycameracctv. I needed to set up two dvrs each dvr carrying 8 cameras each at two sites. So in effect 16 cameras over two dvrs at two different sites 32 cameras in total. I wanted to view all of these over the internet whilst in the office or out on the road using an iphone. This was achieved very quickly and efficiently. The guys were very helpful in suppling the right kit to install and then helping me set up the remote access stuff.
So much so that I then purchased a 4 channel dvr for a residential property with a constantly changing ip address, not to worry the guys helped through this as well.
Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Very good, informative and interested purchasing experience

I have purchased these cameras for use in a domestic residence. I have not yet had the opportunity to set them up or test them but I feel assured that the sellers are interested in their customers, and would help in the event of an unexpected problem, or deficiency. Price is very good for a 4 camera system, though i will need a recorder an decent monitor eventually. Company seems to have a good range of products and, when all set up and working, I would be interested in further purchases.

No returns form for items. No response to emails regarding request for returns infomation!

My order was dispatched vey quickly, which was very much appreciated but once I checked my order it was not suitable.

After almost a week I am still awaiting information on how to return so will just have to put a note in the original packaging asking for a refund and then check my account to see if this happens.

Very disppointed!

Fast and efficient

I ordered and although not asking for fast delivery it came sooner than I could possibly expect.
I have not used the camera yet as it has been spirited away to be given on my birthday. The thing is that I have no worries as the support looks excellent if I need it.

Our own little Springwatch when we want it!!!!

As we had put up a bird box in our garden, I purchased a bird box camera as a wee surprise for my wife. We initially had some teething problems with the reception that was down to router/wireless interference. A quick email with very explicit but simple instructions on how to change the channel and problem solved. We are now watching a 'coal tit' building a nest in the box and hoping for little ones in due course.
A great little camera, great service and well worth the money.

Clever stuff!

Very good value but the battery mode for the camera does not last long - perhaps a couple of hours ++. I also think that these cameras should be pre-fitted into various other items other than OVERPRICED clocks. Thinking all customers are stupid.........camera in clock - over £100 !!
DIY: clock between £5 & £10; camera less than £20, maximum £30 and a tad of glue !!!!!!!..

Peace of mind at a cheap price!

Fantastic camera and super simle to work, had itset up and recording in under 10 mins.
Peace of mind to protect my car from the scum that spent months scratching my 13 year old car but when my new one arrives in 6 weeks I feel safe knowing that its got this camera watching over it.

Great product and super people to deal with!!

Very pleased with my purchase....exceeded my expectations! My first purchase was the wireless version but sadly had interference from an outside source. This was returned for full refund and a wired camera sent which works perfectly. The guys on the phone lines, both sales and technical were well informed, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with!!

Brilliant Service

Bad service! not happy at all..

My order has not been made - they asked me for copy of my PHOTO ID, and my BANK STATEMENT! No idea why maybe they want to make some fraud on my person... anyway i buyed somwhere else and not deal with them anymore.

Hi, We were contacted by Paul and advised that a fraudulent payment had taken place whilst he was on holiday. As a company we strongly believe in protecting our customers and ourselves against fraudulent transactions so we use comprehensive software to run checks on every customer throughout the payment process. If that software highlights any potential fraud threats then we will request a few things from the customer to ensure that they are the cardholder, and if this cannot be done then we will not continue with the transaction. This has been highly effective in preventing fraudulent payments using stolen credit cards. If you are able to contact us and send proof of being the cardholder then we are more than happy to continue with the sale. In any cases of detected fraud we will refund the money back to the card so the real cardholder has not lost any money.

loved the quirky, friendly emails !

I found Spycamera a great site, wasn`t sure what I needed, so I phoned them, they were so helpful and friendly. The speed of delivery was outstanding, and as I ordered over Easter, they included a pack of easter eggs !, how good was that !. Unfortunately, the goods I ordered weren't suitable for my needs, but no problem, they emailed me, (not the standard type, but personal, friendly ones) every step of the refund process,. Would definitely use them again.

great people to do business with

this is really an update to a recent review I've left. I had a small problem with the item that I ordered. it was the first time I'd ever used the company.naturally I contacted SpyCamera and I have to say that they were a friendly and very helpful bunch of people.
as far as I am concerned they went above and beyond what I expected. my original order arrived very promptly, as did my exchange, and I was really pleased that I received a choice of delivery dates and advice on the day of the likely delivery time for both items.

We Ordered the wireless cctv camara and it was delivered in 24 hours what an Excellent service. Got it up and running in minutes in our duck house to watch the ducklings hatch . Its such a fantastic camara and we are so so pleased with it. Very easy to deal with online and good communications

Got a waterproof spy watch, not had that much time to use it so not really able to give a "full" review. But some initial comments below:
Instructions - Chinese English - poorly written and a bit difficult to follow
Product - Have managed to work my way through taking video & images, and cannot fault the quality of them.
Seems to be a good product but it will take a lot of trial and error to get it working right
As to the company selling the product.
Just 1st class communications from order to delivery - 5 star
I do not say that lightly, but their communications were just excellent

Very prompt (free) delivery.

Bird box cam very nice piece of kit - worked straight out of the box. You'll need a capture card or USB device if you want to use it on the PC - I already had a Videomate C200 - works a treat

Efficient service and so helpful

Having placed my order, I did have to query it due to paying for next day delivery it hadn't arrived. My order was checked and dispatched, this time it arrived when it said it would.
One item resulted in a technical issued. One call resolved this, with a little help and guidance over the phone all that was needed.
Very satisfied with the service and the product supplied. As my 5 stars infer, I would have no hesitation in recommending SpyCameraCCTV to anyone.

Excellent service and support. Software a little flaky

I ordered a camera, receiver and dongle to run it on a Mac and was highly impressed by the minute to minute information which was coming from the delivery people. Setting it up proved tricky and until I was sent a link to some more software it just would not work. A secondary programme bundled with it called Video Impression also does not work so there seems little point in including it.

Very friendly support over the phone. Hacked off to find prices had dropped substantially the day after I placed the order.
