Great reliable service
Really helpful and quick service. I've been searching for these glasses in shops in various cities and no one stocked them. I wanted to try them on for obvious reasons even though I'd previously owned a similar pair.
By using their contact numbers i was able to sepak to a representative and they allayed my fears about returning them if they weren't right so I ordered and they arrived very quickly. They were fine and haven't needed the returns however felt reassured that they would have happily done this even if this was just personal style

Rayban-tastic!
I nearly bought a pair of these Tortoiseshell Rayban Wayfarers in a "duty free" shop in Majorca and thank goodness I didn't!
When I got back home and did a bit of searching I found them here for £34 less than they were in the Spanish shop.
Easy to search website, simple to purchase and after ordering on Friday the genuine article arrived on the Monday. What's not to like?
All I need now is some sunshine to test them out!

So i ordered my sunglasses and as the website stated i should have received my glasses next day, a week later there was still no sign of them so i emailed the support team who informed me that my sunglasses had been sent and signed for. After totaly freaking out because nobody on my street had signed for my delivery which 'UPS' had said had happened. I informed sunglasses shop of the issue and they were fantastic, the propblem did go on for a few weeks but i was kept in the loop and whenever i had any questions i got my answers fast, and they always seemed more than happy to help. As it turned out UPS had lost e delivery and sunglasses shop offered me another pair to be sent or a full refund, i choose for another to be sent out and i got the the next day.
I cannot fault the service i recived from them, on the other hand UPS was shocking! And although i had quite a crappy experience i would definatly order from sunglasses shop again because of the fantastic customer service.

Incredible service and customer care.
Bought some Raybans at a great price and used the spring discount code, excellent value for money, even free delivery! Came the next day, instant help service with the chat to consultant option on the site, helped me track my delivery. Over all excellent experience. Will be my first stop for sunglasses!

Very cool sunglasses
These sunglasses are very comfortable on the face nice and light. I have had lots of good comments on them with people wanting to know where I got them. They were well packed and fast delivery. You can wear them all the time even in the rain which in this country is a bonus. This is my second pair of glasses from this site and im very pleased with them.

Really great sunglasses and service too
I bought some Tom Ford sunglasses that I had seen in Paris but couldn't find anywhere else. Really plaesed to find them and at a good price too. They arrived the next day as promised which was perfect

Great service, prices and quality!
So I ordered these sunglasses which were on a great sale. After making the order I realized that the tracking code didn't work, so I contacted the online customer service. It only took like 20-30 seconds and there I had a sunglasses shop employee AND he was actually Finnish which surprised me. The guy was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. As I pointed out my problem he didn't know why the tracking code was not working so he offered to ask his boss or someone who knew more about the codes.
After a couple of minutes he sent an email to me telling that he Royal Mail(?) does not attach tracking codes into such low cost mail. So he wasn't able to do anything about that but he told me the time it approximately takes for mail to arrive to Finland from England.
I was very pleased with the customer service and the shopping experiment in the Sunglasses shop in its entirety.

Fast and excellent service
Purchase my new glasses through sunglasses-shop.co.uk and was quite dubious at first as I had never heard of them before. Place the order for a custom set of Oakleys only the frames choose was on back order. The staff at sunglasses-shop.co.uk were extremely helpful and changed my orders without any question and posted out the same day for free next day delivery. Extremely happy and have recommended to a few friends now and will no doubt use them again.

Higher Standard than expected.
Sunglasses Shop was reccomended to me by a friend. I bought some Rayban Wayfarer's and quick delivery was essential due to the fact that they were a present. I ordered them at 3:40pm on a Monday afternoon and they arrived the following morning at 9am. The product was in perfect condition and the delivery was much faster than I expected (I was genuinely shocked to see them arrive so quickly). I am based in the Isle of Man and delivery times are not always very good, so it is nice to see that Sunglasses Hut makes an effort with it's non mainland customers.

It was my first time using sunglasses-shop.co.uk and I am very impressed with the website and the service. I ordered the glasses on Saturday and received them on Monday and they were packaged nicely.

Great website, lots of info, easy to use - FAB glasses
First of all, I liked the website. I had trawled through several but here I found good images and good information - I particularly liked the style notes! I was thrilled with the sunglasses when I received them - they are the very best! Expensive but you have to expect that for Ray-bans.
