Easy, Quality product
2 boxes arrived speedily, unpacked and read the instructions (a first for me). Insulating tiles cut and fitted no problem. Rolled out the heating mat and cut carefully, perfect fit for the room. Got it all wired up and tested, felt the benefits within 5 minutes i.e warm socks! Installed floor and now even the sceptical missus loves it. Half the price what the people who built the orangery quoted too.

do they have to use parcel force
Delivery made on time however not in so asked to collect from local Parcel Force depot. This is 40 miles away!
Arranged to collect from local post office.
Next day, 7.30am, Parcel force turn up with delivery.

Fantastic, helpful and very quick delivery
Have used this company a few times now, and they are excellent. I needed to clarify a couple of points, so rang them up. Phone was answered quickly and my queries were answered straight away. Absolutely no hassels with ordering and delivery was as promised.

Parcelfors let them down
Parcelfors let them down. I hade my money back thanks for that, I was promised a vouchers ( which I'm not going to use anyway) never arived. At least having good customer service.

Excellent service
We purchased a full UFH systen from this company and found the service they provided to be excellent. Months after we had taken delivery they were happy to deal with our, probably stupid, questions. Bought U/F heating spreader plates and they were the cheapest on the web. Thought they may not be very good, perhaps thin alloy, but no, they were as good as any others and two and a half times cheaper! Brilliant service - fantastic, well-priced, product
I'd thinking about underfloor heating in our cold kitchen for a while. I was unsure, though, how this would work on a timber subfloor. Found the website informative and easy to use. Emailed customer services with a couple of questions and got a helpful, prompt response. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! We haven't got the mats we bought working yet but that's because we haven't had them wired in, I'm sure once our sparky turns up we'll have toasty feet in our new bathroom!

My underfloor heating pack arrived the day after order, a very quick delivery. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that he thermostat arrived 1 day after (due to limited stock), however I was fully informed by customer services.

Most of the thermostats cannot measure the room temperature in the bathroom, as a remote thermostat is required e.g. the Wifi version. This was not explained.
Although the marketing makes it sound very simple for a DIY'er, there is NO WARRANTY unless a registered qualified electrician does the work. A plumber or fitter is not qualified.
Heater is not installed yet, but expect it to be a useful addition to our new bathroom.
