I stuffed up my order, they fixed it up.
After stupidly ordering the same wetsuit twice, the Wetsuit Centre looked after me and refunded the cash, delivered the wetsuit to me on the other side of the world in five days. Well done.

Hassle-free, highly satisfying online shopping
Emailed these guys to ask about the right size and type of wetsuit for me, got a reply really quickly, placed my order and my wetsuit arrived the next day. They use a really good courier company who text you to tell you which one hour slot they will deliver in and actually do deliver in that one hour slot. When I tried on my new wetsuit it did fit perfectly and it was also only £70 so they weren't trying to get me to buy something more than I needed. Free delivery too. This is how online shopping should be.

I previously ordered wetsuits for my kids from this company and their service was excellent, I couldn't fault them. I rang them for advice on the sizes for my 3yr old & 2 yrs old girls and they were so helpful. The wetsuits (O'Neill's) arrived within 3 days (note I live in Ireland). Recently I ordered a wetsuit for my godson, and again I received it in 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

There is a wide range of wetsuits in each category, all priced competitively. What sold it to us was the video reviews explaining the different features of each wetsuit. Very good facility!

Disappointing service with incorrect item dispatched forcing me to pay return postage to exchange
I was frustrated and disappointed to receive the wrong item, despite the invoice enclosed with the packaging stating the item I had ordered was different. Then had to pay return postage to exchange the item. No telephone number on the invoice slip to talk to someone to request reimbursement of the postage cost as the mistake was no t mine. Waiting to receive the correct item.

Good advice and very fast delivery
So I'm not the most athletic of shapes! But I wanted a wetsuit for sailing and didn't want to get cold and miserable. So I rang the Wetsuit Centre late one evening and took advice on size, thickness and comfort.
The next day I placed my order (Thursdat or Friday, I can't remember) and it was delivered the next Monday.

Some more variety would be nice, especially on shortie wetsuits.
However, exceptional customer support makes this small disadvantage not noticeable.

Good selection of wetsuits keenly priced. A little disappointed that my choice was unavailable despite online stock control confirming it was. Despite this every thing was handled quickly and a refund made promptly. Will use them again and would recommend them.

Very informative web site, keen price, quick and reasonable postage - and a great bit of kit
It was great to see the youtube vids of the features of the wet suit I bought, this helped me decide which suit to go for. The price was competitive with any online outlet I have seen and I was pleased with speed of the dispatch and delivery. I will definitely look to use Wetsuit Centre again next time I need something.

Would recommend these guys definitely, I had a query with an order they sent out (to do with various sizing - us and uk - so they offered to send out a different size with a prepaid envelope to return the one I did not need - very helpful and the issue was no hassle for them whatsoever. Fast efficient service as well.

By far the best dry suit provider
We rang the Wetsuit Centre first to discuss whether this dry suit was appropriate for waterskiing. She was so helpful with size/where to find on their website and what to do if it was unsuitable/didn't fit. Dry suit arrived in 2 working days and is absolutely brilliant! It doens't look bulky on at all adn is easy to slide over my head which was my big bug bear with dry suits.. I'm just so pleased with it - means I stay warm and dry when water skiing in this horrible English summer!

I've bought a couple of items from wesuit centre and have nothing but good things to say about their service and prices. Great video reviews and information on the site which can answer some of the questions you might have about choosing one wetsuit over another. I've never had to return a product but I reckon this too would be hassle free.
