I found a lightweight peaked cap that fitted my requirements. The description was accurate and the accompanying reviews pertinent and well founded. I would not hesitate to use again.
I have been using Wiggle for several years and have not had a single issue with the service. Goods always arrive on time and it's very easy to return unsuitable/unwanted stuff eg I normally buy three pairs of each running shoe - half a size around my shoe size - and I never have a problem returning the two unwanted pairs, particularly with the free return label.
I have only had one item that failed (three successive Garmins that each failed after a few weeks) and Wiggle resolved the problem very much to my satisfaction.
I have just placed a couple of orders with wiggle for the first time ever. The track pump I ordered was free delivery and delivery within 2 days. I have just placed an order for tyres and they should arrive tomorrow according to royal mails tracking. This is probably the best service I have had from an online company and will certainly be returning.
Wiggle is always the first port of call for any of my cycle purchases. They offer a great range of products at competitive prices, and there customer service is second to none. Plus they usually leave a little bag of haribo in your box when you oder. Can't beat that.
I bought my husband some Oakley sunglasses - they are a great, stylish pair but the packaging looks like they've been returned possibly it certainly didn't look like it was just off the shelf they also smelt really strongly of tobacco -gross!
I have put in 50+ miles on the Easton havoc wheels and found them to be great, really precise handling and they pickup well when pedalling, inflated my tubeless ready tyres instantly with my floor pump. Highly recommend them

So i couldnt resist buying a bike !
It took wiggle 6 weeks to finally get a handlebar delivered to me. The first package that arrived was torn up and repackaged, the items inside were missing. This was due to wiggle trying to fit the handlebar into a box just too small. The first customer rep promised a replacement but never sent it out. The next one made sure it got sent out quickly. The replacement was also torn up, repackaged but the handlebar still inside. This was after I asked them to maybe use an appropriately sized box.
Order made on 6th June. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order
I am disappointed as I received email stating product is requested & no problems with stock on the 8th June
I have used wiggle on numerous occasions. I have both bought and returned items with not hassle and have requested advice and had a rapid response. When buying any cycling clothing or components I always refer to wiggle as one of my preferred choices!!
I have been using Wiggle and a competitive size for some years now. I use wiggle more because pricing is similar, selection is similar. So the rest comes to user interface and customer support. If find wiggle better than competitive site chainreaction.
I use the reviews a LOT to help make my decisions - especially if buying clothing and fit is important. I appreciate there is an abundance of reviews for almost every product.

After buying a number of things successfully on wiggle I recently purchased an item that just didn't work and drive me nuts with frustration. I read the returns policy and thought as I had tried it I was out of luck but contacted the help guys and no problem it can be returned for a credit. Thanks for making the experience positive as it does influence my future purchasing decisions.
The site has a very good choice of products, and carry top brands other online sites don't. I found it east to order and the delivery was timely.
Prices are good, but not fully aligned with your biggest competitor.
Wiggle have a good selection of stock and if its not in stock you can't order it (unlike some places).

Overall a very bad experience. First time order after my boss highly recommended them, but even he is very shocked at the service i received. Ordered 20/05/13 received order 07/06/13, they probably replied to 1 out of every 3 e-mails sent. All it would've taken was for them to have a phone number to call. For the first week all i was told was that my order was with the IT department, whatever that means. No one explained it to me apart from because of my gloves not in stock the IT department had to do a sticky label for the gloves for when they come into stock. Im still confused at why it took so long. It got to the point where i told them to stop saying sorry and just send out my order. Have been given a £5 off code for my next order, but why would i even order from them again. Looks like im a very rare case but thought my story had to be told. They will no doubt reply to this message but they were not that quick to explain themselves when i needed answers. Really let down
Bought a 10 speed lute gar cassette for my orbea orca. Wiggle was the only vendor to have it in stock,ready to ship. Was happy to receive the product in great condition and fairly quickly as well.
Order some items from the web site, which were all shown as in stock,however 2/3rds of the order then went to back order. Admittedly the items all turned up within a week, except the one item I really wanted, isn't that just typical.
Have since ordered more items, and paid the next day delivery, which has ensured that everything has arrived next day.
This is the reason for the 3 stars, I'm having to pay to get a service.
