Been with various phone companies but O2 is one of the best ive been with deals are very good and its very cheap. Would recommend.
Hardly disspointed when I go in store I allways manage to find something I like.
Baby clothes have very off sizes I brought a 'dress' sized 18-23months to put away. My daughter had one wear out of it at 4months old - as a top! Wouldn't recommend for baby clothes.
Ordered a dress online. It was delivered late first of all and once opened It look nothing like it did online.
I ordered a it a size larger and it was still hard to get on and off and was very short. Size's are not very accurate at all. Colours and design allways look different. Not very good quality for the price.
Ordered a new bank card as mine snapped recieved it 3 days later in the post was awaiting a new pin to come which never did after ringing them i found out I wouldn't recieve a new one. Which was fine just wished they would have told be before hand.
Very hard to understand anyone as they seem to be located everywhere but england!
Still have not be able to sort out an issue with the ammount i caan withdraw per day either. Been 'sent' out forms that have never arrived.
Fast delivery allways.
Only had one negative experience and that was garlic bread being slightly over done.
But overall can't complain!

Prices are all reasonable and not a bit of food left by the end of the night compared to stuff I had brought elsewhere!
Left security tag on the side of case which caused the case to be unable to open had to return to store 5miles away to have them remove the tag only to be told that next time I should check before leaving the store like it was my job to do!
I find they are allways helpful when i go instore.
I ordered my travel system from them and it arrived on time and all in one parcel which I was happy about as the pushchair was very large.
I have experienced a couple of problems with the travel system but as it was brought while 4 months pregnant the are saying 'general issues due to use' allthough its only been in use for 5 months. As i said though the staff are very different in store and can't do enough to help you.
Ordered some xmas presents online. The arrived late and allthough I was in the delivery driver left the package with a neighbour and just posted the 'I called but you were not in card through'. This has happened on two occasions.
AND VERY OVERPRICED! 3 small items for a 5month old.. Over £70!
I recently brought a new mircowave from a Curry's store.
The staff were absolutely awful! I was sent all over the place to loctae this microwave and they didn't seem to care once the payment was allready made. I ended up in the store room at one point!
When someone finally took any notice of the issue and located the microwave after 45 minuites being in store, I was given the wrong one for less value!
I went back in once I had noticed the error and asked for a full refund which in turn caused more issues. I had to wait in a lenghty queue to even get any advice.
I would never go back there again.
Decided to do my shopping online ordered for the next day.

I ordered some last minuite party bits and chinese lanterns for my daughters christening. I paid for next day delivery from 9am until 5.30pm my items arrived at 9.30am all in good condition. I was sent regular emails to keep me informed of my order.
VERY HAPPY WITH TESCO DIRECT.
Placed an order with BHS direct online for a limited edition stroller from Cosatto. Found the stroller itself alot cheaper in other stores but decided to pay the extra to go with a store recognised.
I paid £209 for the stroller on the 29/12/11 satisfied that the order would arrive withing the 3-5working days as promised AFTER the order was placed and paid for BHS then decided to email me stating that the 3-5 days wasn't going to be the case at all!
I recieved several emails from them about a number of issues to do with stock, items coming seperately etc.
So annoyed have been unable to go anywhere on the off chance a delievery is made and I miss it. Which I will then have to pay £12 for re-delievery.
Earliest im going to recieve the order now is the 18th.. Yet ive been getting emails stating.. 'Item's dispatched in full' for 6 days running now!
Costomer service is awful. The emessage system is completely terrible and doesn't work as it should.
