Great customer advice and service
Needed advice on what mini hi-fi system suited my needs. Spoke to James who was excellent and actually saved me money by recommending a unit and speaker package.
Of course I could have walked into a big high street name and picked something of the shelf, but customer service like this is second to none. Add to that the goods arriving on a day I asked for them to be delivered and it was an all round refreshing customer experience I will definitley look to repeat next time.
