my blinds came within a week and were well made and exactly what i ordered,although there was a dent in the top rail of the blind which must have been done in transit it didnt concern me too much as it will be covered by the matching pelmet so wont be seen and has no effect on the blinds operation.all in all I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will order from them again.
