i purchased a pacman hoodie for my bro at christmas time 2011 & not only was it an exclusive product but at £17.99 inc delivery i nthink it was a good deal too. Ill bear them in mind for the future.
The amazon platform is very easy to use & i like the way the site knows you and has reccomendations. The mp3 store is also very convenient and quick. I would like to see them creating jobs for young people - they are a big company and can make a difference to the uks unemployment problem.

I would love to give ebay 5 stars, however as a seller i cant ignore their unfair policies for sellers which are all automated and can literally cause your business to fail because of negative feedback and low ratings from buyers. Not fair and not a friendly platform for online businesses. A great shame & it desperately needs change.
I bought a ibiza 2.1 PA sound system which was a real let down as it was faulty - on new years eve!!!! (First use)
After my huge dissapointment i contacted the company via email to get it repaired and saldly they said it would be a lengthly period to get it repaired and suggested i got it repaired locally or have a refund, but i had discarded the large boxes it came in so returning it for a refund was not an option.
I took it to a repairer & after HIFI-TOWER initially refused to pay the repair quote of £55, they then changed their minds and helpfully dealt with the matter via telephone and offered me all the assistance i needed in order to get the repair paid for. The customer service has been ok, just a shame the product was faulty upon purchase causing a lot of un-needed stress and dissapointment.
They have always been quite helpful and give me good discounts for being a loyal customer
i purchased a faulty item and had to return it. i agreed to keep the money i was owed in credit account until a better item came in stock which i would upgrade to. i was told i would be contacted when the new item came out. today i called them as the new item has come out and guess what... we are sorry but the person you spoke to doesnt work for us anymore... so we cant do the upgrade as its sold out and we wont be able to do the deal offered whern you spoke with him previously...
what a let down, not even an apology -not happy and wont be dealing with them again for dj equipment - only the odd record.
