Unsuitable Replacement Items
On purchasing items for a holiday including sun cream etc based on SPF value and price, the items that arrived had neither the same SPF values and increased the overall cost of the bill by over £30. 1 item in particular was over £10 more expensive.
The system to check which items have been changed does not list the price and instructs you to refer to the receipt which would mean emptying the enite contents out while the delivery man waited.
On suggesting to Sainsburys that they include the price of any changed items on the delivery sheet we were told this was not possible and basically to stop moaning. Tesco and Waitrose manage this without issue!
I still shop in store at Sainsburys but will be hesitiant to use their online service for groceries.
Delivery time etc was all fine.

Outstanding Quality of Products
After reseaching on the net how best to distribute a TV signal around the home I found the Aerialsandtv.com website.
The website itself is FULL of priceless, accurate and unbiased info on the entire aerials/singal subject.
I ordered some screened faceplates, cable, connectors and a splitter on Friday, they arrived on Tuesday and I was not expecting them to be this solid! The website states it only provides quality goods, no cheap and nasties and it really means it, can't wait to install the kit. It's going t be rock solid and look damn smart at the same time!
Would definitely recommend/use again.

I've been using Overclockers for about 10 years. While not always the cheapest on every component (free delivery for forum members helps though!), peace of mind that it 1) will arrive 2) will be replaced quickly if faulty, always bring me back. Great job OCUK

Great Prices, Great Service
Ordered a selection of networking gear on Monday and everything bar the data cabinet arrived the next day.
Concerned I emailled Kenable.co.uk and was swiftly informed that it was being delivered Wednesday by a specialist company that deals with pallets. Come Wednesday evening the cabinet had arrived, glass door intact!
Would definitley use kenable.co.uk again
